We had a great time at this Condo right on the boardwalk/sand! We rented the upstairs condo which we loved because we had a great view of the ocean (which you don't get downstairs). The Condo was clean and fit all 7 adults and two babies very comfortably!!! The only problem we had was there was not enough soap or TP. We had to call Simon for more, I think the owner should supply these things without having to be asked for more. Simon, you may want to get some more measuring cups and also measuring spoons...that would be great. But, overall we had a fantastic time and Simon (owner) was great to accomodate us....we even had a garage and he left boogy boards and sand toys......great experience!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a great time. Beautiful location. Landlord is great! Easy parking. Less than 5 minute walk to downtown. Shopping is quaint and great eating at Sckooner or later, Walt's Wharf, Beachwood BBQ, Spaghettini Italian Grill and an amazing little Italian deli on Main Street! The Long Beach Aquarium and Huntington Beach are next door places to have fun. Seal Beach folks are friendly and !'m already Dream'n of Seal Beach for next year.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed here for a long weekend in the fall. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. Everything was remodeled like you would do if it were your own permanent residence. We could park our car and walk to everything. Can't wait to go back and watch the sunsets from the patio!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
