Alugamos este apartamento, muito limpo e funcional. O apartamento é perto de tudo. Recomendo este apartamento para quem gosta de conhecer outros lugares. O edificio apartamento é muito aconchegante e me fez sentir em casa. Fica próximo a praticamente tudo da cidade de Fortaleza e te dá uma vista previlegiada da Praia de Iracema que é totalmente encantadora. Péssimo imóvel. Péssimo atendimento.Fomos atraído pelas fotos,mas o local é de nível completamente diferente do que o anúncio vende. Região decadente, calçadas que cercam o prédio servem de ponto para travestis e motoristas bêbados frequentemente passando em alta velocidade. Barulho infernal a noite. Funcionários do condomínio dão um atendimento de quinta categoria. Perdi a minha viagem. Todo dia era um problema, geladeira enferrujada, fogão enferrujado, luzes do banheiro não funcionava e pasme, um dos banheiros totalmente desativado pois quando ligamos o chuveiro o ralo que tem problema, nao da vazao espalhando agua pelo apartamento. Alugamos com internet mas cuidado o povo la chama agente otário, era aquele aparelho movel e nao wi fii...logicamente não funcionava. Nao acredite em nada do que falam em Fortaleza só tentam enrolar o turista. Com certeza nao voltamos para esse lugar!!! A natureza sim e maravilhosa, mas as condições, o tratamento que recebemos bem como a mentirada toda desse apartamento bem como o descaso total da funcionário nos deixaram arrazados afinal era nossa 1 viagem para o nordeste em família.
