Sunny yard with hot tub! - Wine Country Cabin Rental This jewel of a home in the lush redwood studded hills of Guerneville is perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay. Summer rentals July through Labor Day are by the week or longer: you get 7 nights for the price of 6! We're only 90 minutes from San Francisco, two hours from Sacramento and 8 minutes from quaint Guerneville and the gently-rolling Russian River. A perfect escape to the country in any season of the year. Sleepy Creek Chalet is a beautifully-built A-frame cabin encircled by a young redwood forest. The deck is situated in a private clearing, so you can have sun, shade or stars as you bob in the hot tub. Spend the day lazing on the River and retreat to your hideaway, sipping wine you just bought at one of the many wineries within 20 minutes of your front door. Bring your bikes and do a casual wine tour up Westside Road. Hop in your car and visit Occidental. Buy incredible bread in Freestone. Check out the art galleries in Bodega. Go birding at Shollenberger Wetlands in Petaluma. Horseback ride on some of the best trail horses in Armstrong Woods State Park. Soak up the sun on the back deck or lounge beneath the Bay tree next to the pond. Bring a book or read one of ours. This cabin has nearly everything you need, whatever you need!! There's so much to do and so much relaxing to be had, you'll wish you had booked that extra day! Please note: although we rent by the week during the summer season (July 1 through Labor Day), we always try to accomodate visitors wishing a shorter stay. Check the calendar 3 days before you'd like to visit on a short stay during the summer-- if the cabin isn't booked, we'll be glad to accomodate you! -- Here are the stats: 2 or 3 bedroom* home with serene and sunny backyard featuring hot tub, BBQ, charming little pond, landscaped rustic rock garden and private deck. Sunny and woodsy, and only minutes from Guerneville! We provide luxury linens and bath towels, quality kitchen equipment and tableware. There might even be a bottle of our favorite hot sauce in the fridge! The house is newly furnished with appealing and comfortable amenities. There's a VCR and wifi Internet access. We have it all! We welcome your well-behaved dogs. *Third bedroom is a semi-private loft accessed by a cool ladder. Kids love it and so do grown-ups who like to feel like kids.

Summer rentals: 1 week minimum,  July 1- Labor Day: 7 nights for price of 6: $1450
April-Oct.: nightly rates.. $235/night (2 night minimum) ..
Nov-Mar .. $195/night (2 night minimum) .. $1195/week.(excluding holiday weekends)
*3 night minimums for special events weekends and holidays.
**4 night minimum for Thanksgiving weekend
Sonoma County tax (9%), $350 security deposit and $75 cleaning fee additional.
Additional dog deposit is $50 for up to 2 dogs - NOT $50 per dog!
