Enjoy the Breathtaking view of the Sugar White Sands and Emerald Coast from the balcony of this Penthouse Level Condo. Sit back and enjoy the view of sunsets and moonlit nights along with the privacy! Observe dolphins, sea turtles, and other marine life from this bird’s-eye view of the gulf. A quick trip down the elevator leads you to tropically landscaped beachfront lagoon pools and direct beach access.

The Calypso Resort and Towers is conveniently located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Calypso is adjacent to the City Fishing Pier (presently under repair) and directly across from Pier Park, a Simon 'Signature Project', where you will find shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and an outdoor Amphitheater offering free concerts throughout the summer.

Minutes away are other fun family activities including the Gulf World Aquarium, golf and miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and much more. The Frank Brown Park Sports Complex is just 1.6 miles (3 minutes) away.

This unit is professionally decorated. The master bedroom has its own private bath, where there is a second full bath for additional guests. There are twin beds in the bunk area and a Queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar. Kitchen, entryway, and bathrooms are all tiled. A special feature of this penthouse unit is spacious 9 and 10 foot ceilings.

Sorry NO PETS, NO SMOKING. We do not rent to singles under 25 years old.

A $300 reservation/security deposit will hold your reservation with the balance due 30 days before your arrival. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover) or personal checks. Rentals are weekly during summer months with a Saturday check-in. There is a 3-night minimum stay during other rental periods.

  • What more can I add to all the other "on-target" comments posted here!? The Langfords were a pleasure to deal with from the "get-go"! On arrival, we were extremely pleased with the penthouse unit! Kudos to the young lady that cleans it--she does a fantastic job! We appreciated Carl calling to check on us a day or so after our arrival too! Would we stay here again or recommend it to family and friends--YOU BET!   • We just returned from several days staying in Carl's Condo at Calypso and had a wonderful time. The condo is immaculate, tasteful, comfortable, modern and simply perfect. The view is amazing, the beaches are beautiful. Carl was professional, organized and willing to do anything to make the trip memorable. We would love to return again soon. Pier Park across the street is filled with fantastic places to eat and shop and a new movie theater. Perfect place!

  • We had a great stay in Panama City. The the condo is perfect! It is located within walking distance to Pier Park. We came for a baseball tourney at Frank Brown Park. Carl and Sylvia are very helpful and curtious. Emails are responded to immediately. I would strongly recommend staying in this Calypso condo.

  • I would highly recommend this unit and its owner to anyone. This was my second stay in this unit and I am totally pleased with everything about it. Very nice unit and perfect location. Carl went above and beyond on both occasions that I stayed with him to accomodate us. Everything was perfect and I look forward to many more stays with him in the future.

  • We had the best time in PCB!!! We stayed here in May of 2007, sorry this comment is sooooo late. This condo is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and I would return here in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. The owners of this unit were wonderful to deal with and always available. Thanks a million, we hope to return soon.
