My wife and I recently stayed here and we had an excellent vacation. The condo was impeccably clean and very nicely decorated. The resort itself was also very nice and having the beach chairs and umbrella was also a plus. Another big plus was having Pier Park within walking distance. Carl, the owner, was great about providing all the information we needed to have a nice stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

Spring Break Vacation

This was one of our best family vacations and it was in large part due to the great condo we rented for the week. It was very clean and provided all of the comforts of home. Even with it's location on the 23rd floor, we never experienced long waits for the elevator no matter what time of day it was. It was great to be within walking distance to Pier Park and the shopping area. We found we drove our car very little after we arrived. The pictures you see on the website are exactly what you see when you arrive at the condo. The owner was great to work with and very easy to get ahold of. I would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Calypso Great location

If you are a germ freak like myself, you will love this place. Cleanest and neatest unit i've rented out. Although it is located at the highest level, the elevators work great and are really fast so it didnt botter us at all. My kids loved playing glass checker board game the unit provided and actually prefered the sleeper sofa over the bunk beds. The only concern i had was either the AC unit or hot water header was very loud at night, we even tried turning thermostat off but we could still hear something running inside that closet at night. If you sleep in the room is not bad since you can close the door but for those in the living room/bunk beds, its a loud fan like running sound. The kitchen was very well packed and very nice. Tried watching dvd movie in the room but sound wasnt very good so we just watched regular tv. DVD player in loving room worked good. Headed pool was a plus during february weather and calypso location is great! Kids loved doing rock climbing and other outside pier park activities/shooping/eating and movies. So to sum it up, it was a great place and we would stay here again. Make sure to pack your hair dryer and leave pool bands inside condo! We almost kept them inside our beach bag and later found a house keeping letter on the side of refrigerator advicing of $10 fee for each missing band so i was glad we happened to see the note. Can't wait to go back'

Owner response:Thank you for your candid review. The noise you were hearing is coming from the dehumidifier in the condo. We found that out this week because the guest who is in the condo now phoned me about the noise. It is being replaced next week. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Had I known we could have had you turn it off.

New Year's Stay at Calypso Tower

The condo was very nice, clean and well maintained. Great location-within walking distance of Pier Park-which has shopping,restaurants, movie theater, and lots to do for adults as well as children. There is also a walking trail within walking distance of the condo. The owners were extremely helpfull and were easy to get in touch with. Also the sunsets were beautiful! I am looking forward to staying there again in the future. Great place to stay for a vacation.!!!

Fall Break stay

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Carl's penthouse. It was everything we expected and more. The condo was clean and had anything we needed to spend our vacation time in comfort. The pools were great! The bar hut was an added extra. Having the beach chairs available at the beach for no additional charge was an extra plus. This was our first time to stay in this condo and we plan to come back again. The closeness to Pier Park was great as it was an easy walk to it. It was also an easy walk to our favorite eating place: Sharky's. Carl was friendly and was available to answer any questions. Thanks again, Carl for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic time while staying here. It had a great view, VERY CLEAN, nice, modern decor, and a great location (walking distance to pier park). SPECTACULAR VIEW & LOCATION

We are a family of four (includes two teenagers) who recently stayed in this great condo. All the descriptions are accurate and the pictures don't do the condo justice. The view is absolutely out of this world. It's within walking distance of Pier Park and the pier. We visited both of these sites quite often. We would recommend this condo to anyone of any age. The condo was VERY clean. Carl was very easy to work with and could always be reached by email or phone. The people who run the beach service (which is included in the price of the condo) are very helpful and hooked us up with an awesome swim with the dolphin tour. Everything from groceries, eating establishments, beach services, tours, etc are very conveniently located to the Calypso. You won't be sorry if you stay here!!!

We chose to stay in the Langford's penthouse because of the Calypso's proximity to Pier Park. The elevators are fast so staying on the 23rd floor was never a problem. It was perfect walking distance from the pier, Pier Park, and other restaurants. The facility was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in and the penthouse was even better. It was nicely decorated and contemporary. The beach chair service was fantastic and included in the price! Wi-fi, additional beach chairs, and boogie boards were in the room for use. Great time and great service from the owners.

This is a great place to stay with a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. The condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The condo is within walking distance to Pier Park, which is a huge plus because there are lots of restaurants and stores. The property is well-maintained and is family friendly. We have rented from the Langford's for the past 4 years. Carl and Sylvia are great to work with and easy to reach if you have a concern. We will definitely stay again!

We loved staying here! The Condo was very clean and looked just as it did in the pictures! Carl, the owner was very helpful and was very easy to get in touch with and replied immediately every time. The view is amazing and would recommend this property to a friend and or relative! We loved the fact that you dont have to use your car unless you want too, there are tons of yummy resturants, stores, and fun bars all in walking distance from the condo, which makes for a care free and safe vacation!

Carl and Sylvia, We had a great time staying in your condo. You all were wonderful to work with. We love the Panama City Beach area and your condo is in the heart of it all. Walking distance to Pier Park and the pier. The condo felt just like home. The five of us were very comfortable, that's 2 adults and 3 teenage girls :) .The views were amazing, anyone who hasn't stayed on 23rd floor is definitely missing something. We recommend you give it a try, and don't be afraid of the elevators, it wasn't a problem at all. We will definitely return. We had no problems finding the Calypso Resort Towers and people at front desk were helpful with information to condo location,finding beach chairs,parking info.,ect..Everything was as discribed and shown in photo. The condo was on the 23rd floor and the view of the gulf was beautiful.The property was clean and in excellent shape and the owner was very helpful with with any questions or concerns and were quick to respond by phone or e-mail.We had a great time and would recommend this property to friends and family. There were numerous activities,attractions, clubs and restaurants. We dined at Angelo's Steak Pit one night and service was great and the t-bone steak I got was perfect. The town was very motorcycle friendly and we had alot of fun!

We just returned from several days staying in Carl's Condo at Calypso and had a wonderful time. The condo is immaculate, tasteful, comfortable, modern and simply perfect. The view is amazing, the beaches are beautiful. Carl was professional, organized and willing to do anything to make the trip memorable. We would love to return again soon. Pier Park across the street is filled with fantastic places to eat and shop and a new movie theater. Perfect place!

The condo was perfect. A great and relaxing vacation. Shopping so close at Pier Park, beach access just an elevator ride away. We had a great stay in Panama City. The the condo is perfect! It is located within walking distance to Pier Park. We came for a baseball tourney at Frank Brown Park. We stayed here in June for 3 nights, and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! We saw dolphins and manta rays from the balcony every day-the view was wonderful. Carl and Sylvia made themselves available to us in the event that something went wrong (nothing did), and they even called us on our first day to make sure everything was okay. We will be coming back!

We had a wonderful time in Panama City and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very comfortable and the views from the deck were fabulous!
