Your winter home in sunny Arizona is the spacious Palo Verde model. The open floor plan offers views of the Santan Mountains from the master bedroom, dining room, patio, and kitchen.

The home has a fully appointed state of the art kitchen, gleaming stainless steel appliances, natural granite counter tops, huge breakfast bar, and ceramic tile floors. The kitchen is complete with china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, basic utensils, dishwasher, gas stove/oven and refrigerator. There is a private 2 car garage. The laundry room has a washer/dryer. Ceiling fans fill the house including the private covered patio with Propane BBQ.

Set up your laptop in the office with high speed internet service. The house is over 1800 sq ft with wooden shutters through out. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, second television, spacious bathroom with twin vanities, plush towels, softened water, and an expansive walk-in closet. The home was built in 2006.

Trilogy is in Gilbert, Arizona, a new and friendly community with nearby churches, great shopping and lots of new restaurants, casual to gourmet . The 202 freeway is convenient to Trilogy. The historic Goldfield Ghost Town, Apache Trail, and Superstition Mountain are 25 minutes away. Casino Arizona and Harrahs are nearby. Spring training is also a popular local attraction.

World class resorts, sports stadiums,(home of Superbowl '08) restaurants, and art galleries are all here in Phoenix You can take a day trip to Sedona just 2 hours away or overnight it at the Grand Canyon, a 4 hour drive. Enjoy the many activities Trilogy has to offer, or relax on your private patio enjoying the warmth and beauty of Arizona.
