Our Beautiful First Floor, 2 Bdrm/2 Ba, Golf Villa/Condo is perfectly located in the prestigious Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach offering accessibility to all of your vacation needs.
Being on the First Floor (No Stairs!), it is easy to get in & out of our Golf Villa/Condo and it has All the Comforts of Home, including secured, wireless high speed internet access for the retners of our condo only.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Dresser with 7 Sizeable Drawers, a TV with a DVD Player, 2 Bedside Tables with Lamps and an Alarm Clock, a Closet, and a Spacious Full Bathroom with Bath Tub/Shower.
The Second Bedroom has 2 Twin XL Beds, a Dresser with 3 Sizeable Drawers, a Bedside Table with Lamp and Alarm Clock, a TV, a VCR player, and a Closet with Sliding-Mirrored Doors.
The Living Room Sofa converts to a Queen-sized Bed to allow for a maximum occupancy of six. Off the Second Bedroom is a hallway with the Second Full Bathroom with Bath Tub/Shower and a Laundry Room with a Stackable Washer & Dryer. There is an Iron and Ironing Board in the Master Bedroom Closet.
There are Ceiling Fans in both Bedrooms and the Living Room. We have secured wireless high speed internet. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Coffee-maker, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Pot & Pans, Plates, Glasses, Utensils, etc...
What is there to do? While relaxing on our condo's porch, enjoy the golf course view while listening to the song birds. Our condo overlooks the 15th Tee Box of the Greg Norman Golf Course, which is 1 of the 4 world class golf courses here at Barefoot Resort. The other 3 courses were designed by: Tom Fazio, Davis Love III, and Pete Dye.
Besides golfing, our beautiful Ironwood community provides a nearby swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, and basketball court.
Barefoot Resort has a newly added Golf Academy located at the Driving Range. Enjoy a drink &/or bite to eat at The Driving Range Grille. (They have a great brick-oven pizza!)
At the entrance of Barefoot Resort, you can enjoy the largest pool in South Carolina which sits behind the Barefoot Resort North Tower (the tallest condo building) and is located next to Docksider's Grille at the Barefoot Resort Marina on the intracoastal waterway. Relax at poolside and enjoy your views of boats at the Marina or walk to the Marina's "Dockersider's Grille" for breakfast, lunch, or dinner where you can enjoy live entertainment as scheduled.
If you prefer to relax at the beach, our condo is a short 3-5 minutes car ride away. During the summer months, there is a free Barefoot Resort Community Shuttle Bus that picks guests up at our condo's Ironwood Pool and shuttles hourly back and forth to and from the beach. A schedule of the shuttle is accessible for your convenience.
Across the intracoastal waterway from Barefoot Resort, you will find something for everyone. Highway 17 is the main north-south route as you exit Barefoot Resort. Along Hwy 17, you will find numerous restaurants, miniature golf courses, and various venues of entertainment for children and adults. There is plenty of shopping within minutes, including the shops and restaurants at Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach (which also has a collection of celebrity restaurants), and the Coastal Grand Mall. The newest attractions in Myrtle Beach are: The Freestyle Music Park, formerly the Hard Rock Theme Park, and The Market Commons is also new. The Market Commons was built on the grounds of the old air force base and is a town center with upscale shops, restaurants, theaters, and residences.
There are over 100 great golf courses in the Grand Strand area of Myrtle Beach within minutes of Barefoot Resort. There are restaurants galore as Highway 17 is known as "restaurant row."
There is live entertainment and daily shows at the Alabama Theater, Carolina Opera, The House of Blues, and The Palace Theatre. Teddy grew up vacationing in Myrtle Beach and I fell in love with the area the first time he brought me here. We hope to retire to this area some day.

My family and I just returned from Myrtle Beach. We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful, very comfortable and homey! The pictures do not do it justice. The owners were so easy to work with and really helpful since it was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach. The property and resort are beautiful. We went to the "Big" pool every day, and occasionally went to the smaller pool that was very close to the condo. We enjoyed the beach, which was only a quick drive away and we found parking easily. The location could not be better! We were so close to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this property whole-heartedly! We can't wait to return and will definitely be staying here again.

The condo was better than expected. Very well decorated and very clean. The location of the unit is excellent and the grounds are very well kept. Mimi provided a great list of nearby conveniences such as grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants, and she promptly took care of an issue with the linen service. We had all the comforts of home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool is just a short walk away and our family hung out there every day. We went to the new Pirates Voyage show and that was a blast! We only spent one day on the beach, but that was enough. The pool was much more enjoyable for us. We played putt putt, walked on the Boardwalk, and went to a water park (fun!). Barefoot Landing is only 5 minutes away. I highly recommend this property to anyone who doesn't mind not being right on the beach front.

Our 4-day getaway was perfect as everything at this unit was exactly as presented. It was a clean, comfortable space, quiet and had everything we needed or could want. Mimi is wonderful to work with and all our paperwork was understandable and detailed. It is in a pleasant neighborhood with a pool and the shuttle service is very close. The furnishing are extremely comfortable, something I am very sensitive to since I have a back problem. We look forward to renting this unit again soon.

This condo is an exceptionally clean, well decorated and comprehensively equipped unit. It is perfect for a golf trip to the great Barefoot Landing courses, a beach vacation or as just a great place to visit while enjoying the pools and other amenities of Barefoot Landing. Mimi, the attentive owner, was a pleasure to deal with and she was very concerned that our visit went well and she went out of her way to make our visit a real treat. I'd highly recommend this unit to anybody looking for a convenient and well above average home away from home in Myrtle Beach. I look forward to returning myself.

This was our 1st time visiting Myrtle Beach. It was very nice to drive through a beautiful and well maintain property to find the condo apartment. The apartment was everything that was shown on the pictures and more. Very clean, my son that suffers from terrible allergies was able to be there for the entire vacation with no medications. Mimi was very quick in getting the paperwork/keys to us and providing helpful information about bare necessities, amenities, and local attractions. I will defenitely rent this property again, it was just lovely. While there we enjoyed off course the very WARM beach, amenities at barefoot landing including my kids riding a mechanical bull and just watching the beautiful tigers that come after 5:00 PM free to see, the Circus Adrenaline (similar to Circus Sole), and all the Ripley Believe it or not attractions. We were also priviledge to go on a Tour of the T.I.G.E.R.S. (The Institute for Greatly Endangered and Rare Species) Preservation. This 50 acres wild santuary is the home of many endangered species and including the magnificient Tiger. In the tour we were able to pet tiger, lions, and wolf cubs,fed carrots to Bubbles the elephant, see the only Oranguntan that is documented to swim Circa and having a dog Drisco, and take a picture with a liger (900 pound cat) born from a lion dad and a tiger mama, These animals live here uncaged and the fee paid to go on the tour goes to support preservation efforts here in the preservation and other parts of the world. It was truly a once i a lifetime experience that my family and I will never forget!

This condo was a great place for my family and I to spend the week and feel like we were at home. The condo is located in a central area close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, and other fun things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and the resort area was very family friendly. Highly recommended for a quick getaway or week stay in N. Myrtle Beach!
