Our Beautiful First Floor, 2 Bdrm/2 Ba, Golf Villa/Condo is perfectly located in the prestigious Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach offering accessibility to all of your vacation needs.

Being on the First Floor (No Stairs!), it is easy to get in & out of our Golf Villa/Condo and it has All the Comforts of Home, including secured, wireless high speed internet access for the retners of our condo only.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Dresser with 7 Sizeable Drawers, a TV with a DVD Player, 2 Bedside Tables with Lamps and an Alarm Clock, a Closet, and a Spacious Full Bathroom with Bath Tub/Shower.
The Second Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds, a Dresser with 3 Sizeable Drawers, a Bedside Table with Lamp and Alarm Clock, a TV, a VCR player, and a Closet with Sliding-Mirrored Doors.

The Living Room Sofa converts to a Queen-sized Bed to allow for a maximum occupancy of six. Off the Second Bedroom is a hallway with the Second Full Bathroom with Bath Tub/Shower and a Laundry Room with a Stackable Washer & Dryer. There is an Iron and Ironing Board in the Master Bedroom Closet.

There are Ceiling Fans in both Bedrooms and the Living Room. We have access to secured wireless high speed internet. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Coffee-maker, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Pot & Pans, Plates, Glasses, Utensils, etc...

What is there to do? While relaxing on our condo's porch, enjoy the golf course view while listening to the song birds. Our condo overlooks the 15th Tee Box of the Greg Norman Golf Course, which is 1 of the 4 world class golf courses here at Barefoot Resort. The other 3 courses were designed by: Tom Fazio, Davis Love III, and Pete Dye.
Besides golfing, our beautiful Ironwood community provides a nearby swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, and basketball court.
Barefoot Resort has a newly added Golf Academy located at the Driving Range. Enjoy a drink &/or bite to eat at The Driving Range Grille. (They have a great brick-oven pizza!)

At the entrance of Barefoot Resort, you can enjoy the largest pool in South Carolina which sits behind the Barefoot Resort North Tower (the tallest condo building) and is located next to Docksider's Grille at the Barefoot Resort Marina on the intracoastal waterway. Relax at poolside and enjoy your views of boats at the Marina or walk to the Marina's "Dockersider's Grille" for breakfast, lunch, or dinner where you can enjoy live entertainment as scheduled.
If you prefer to relax at the beach, our condo is a short 3-5 minutes car ride away. During the summer months, there is a free Barefoot Resort Community Shuttle Bus that picks guests up at our condo's Ironwood Pool and shuttles hourly back and forth to and from the beach. A schedule of the shuttle is accessible for your convenience.
Across the intracoastal waterway from Barefoot Resort, you will find something for everyone. Highway 17 is the main north-south route as you exit Barefoot Resort. Along Hwy 17, you will find numerous restaurants, miniature golf courses, and various venues of entertainment for children and adults. There is plenty of shopping within minutes, including the shops and restaurants at Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, Broadway at the Beach (which also has a collection of celebrity restaurants), and the Coastal Grand Mall. The newest attractions in Myrtle Beach are: The Freestyle Music Park, formerly the Hard Rock Theme Park, and The Market Commons is also new. The Market Commons was built on the grounds of the old air force base and is a town center with upscale shops, restaurants, theaters, and residences.
There are over 100 great golf courses in the Grand Strand area of Myrtle Beach within minutes of Barefoot Resort. There are restaurants galore as Highway 17 is known as "restaurant row."

There is live entertainment and daily shows at the Alabama Theater, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opera, The House of Blues, and The Palace Theatre. Broadway at the Beach offers entertainment for everyone including an aquarium, I-Max & regular theaters, celebrity square, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Magiquest, restaurants, night clubs, and more. Across the Highway 17 Bypass from Broadway at the Beach, you'll find the NASCAR go-cart race tracks, next to the Wild-Water & Race Car Theme Park.

  • I have traveled to many places all over the world, and have stayed at different levels of accomodations, but none have come close to giving you the feeling of being home away from home like Ironwood #612. It is immaculately decorated, well organized,and extremely user friendly thanks to Mimi and Teddy who have obviously put time and effort to make it so. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay there again in the future.

  • This was our second year in a row at 612 and it was even better than the last time. The ground floor is perfect with two young boys so we could play Frisbee or Bocce Ball. The comfort level and amenities are top notch. I think we only ate a couple meals out because we had everything needed to make great meals, especially our big breakfasts! That savings allowed us to do whatever we wanted and buy fun stuff, isn't that what vacation is all about! We will be back next year and possibly for a 4 day weekend in the fall!!

My two teenagers were very comfortable in the 2nd bedroom and our 2 year old was comfortable wherever he fell asleep. The decor throughout the condo was very pleasant and made for a relaxing and comfortable weeks stay. The condo location was perfect and convenient to everything.     Hi Mimi, We wanted to let you know how great the condo looks. I love the carpet and wall color you used. I did not want to come home. The recliner is wonderful!! I let David sit in it a few times, but mostly I camped there. David said to be sure and let you know I didn’t let him use it much, but he loved it too.   • Mimi/Teddy's condo is an excellent choice in the Barefoot Landing Resort. They have added those homey touches that let you forget you are in a rental unit, it is like you have the keys to a friend's home. Everything from stem to stern was clean and fresh, the new carpets look amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit from the Proctor's again. In terms of proximity, couldn't be better, convenient and close to anything and everything you might want to do, during your stay in MB.
