Asbury Avenue view - Ocean City Rental "Awesome access to the best of Ocean City!" This desirable, five-years young, very nicely furnished, second floor condominium at 1125 Asbury is conveniently located in Downtown Ocean City just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full bath, TV/VCR, ceiling fan, and access to the rear deck. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds (no longer with a queen, as pictured), a TV/DVD, ceiling fan, and sliding door access to the rear deck. Additional guests enjoy a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. This bright, spacious, great room features a cathedral ceiling, a 27-inch TV with DVD and VCR, Internet access, and a ceiling fan. A second full bath and full-size washer and dryer inside and a convenient shower and garage and driveway parking for two cars outside are also included. This unit features a large full kitchen including all flatware, glassware, cookware, appliances, and breakfast bar. After a short walk, enjoy a sunny day on a beautiful safe beach. Close your eyes and hear the waves lapping on beach, build sandcastles, search for shells, or enjoy the refreshing Atlantic Ocean. From this prime location, walk to everything including playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, restaurants, shopping, and churches. After a great day on the beach, what could be better than good company, refreshing beverages, tasty appetizer, and a cool breeze on the front deck? Just a few blocks walk to the beach and boardwalk are the Wonderland Pier, Gillian's amusements, Water Park, shopping, restaurants and the many other attractions Ocean City has to offer. Tenants must provide their own bed linens (two queen beds, two twin beds, and one queen sleeper sofa) and towels. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check-in 2:00 p.m. and check-out 11:00 a.m. Days and weekend availability throughout the off-season.
