"Awesome access to the best of Ocean City!" This desirable, very nicely furnished, second floor condominium at 1125 Asbury is conveniently located in Downtown Ocean City just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full bath, TV/VCR, ceiling fan, and access to the rear deck. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds (no longer with a queen, as pictured), a TV/DVD, ceiling fan, and sliding door access to the rear deck. Additional guests enjoy a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.
This bright, spacious, great room features a cathedral ceiling, a 42-inch flat screen TV with DVD and VCR, Internet access, and a ceiling fan. A second full bath and full-size washer and dryer inside and a convenient shower and garage and driveway parking for two cars outside are also included. This unit features a large full kitchen including all flatware, glassware, cookware, appliances, and breakfast bar.
After a short walk, enjoy a sunny day on a beautiful safe beach. Close your eyes and hear the waves lapping on beach, build sandcastles, search for shells, or enjoy the refreshing Atlantic Ocean. From this prime location, walk to everything including playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, restaurants, shopping, and churches. After a great day on the beach, what could be better than good company, refreshing beverages, tasty appetizer, and a cool breeze on the front deck?
Just a few blocks walk to the beach and boardwalk are the Wonderland Pier, Gillian's amusements, Water Park, shopping, restaurants and the many other attractions Ocean City has to offer. This condominium does not allow pets or smoking. Tenants must provide their own bed linens (two queen beds, two twin beds, and one queen sleeper sofa) and towels. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check-in 2:00 p.m. and check-out 11:00 a.m. Days and weekend availability throughout the off-season.

We rented Sandy's condo for Memorial Day weekend - I could not decide between a few options, as the most important part for us was location. We travel with small children and wanted walking access to the pier, beach, and attractions. Sandy has it all! It is a short 4 block walk, very easy, even with 4 kids under 5 years old. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, fully stocked kitchen, and very bright and sunny. The only downside was there was no grill to use (it was in bad shape) but Sandy said she is getting a new one so this may have changed. Overall, perfect choice. I would definitely stay here again. Sandy was a pleasure to deal with and has reasonable rates.

We had a wonderful stay at this cond last summer. It was close enough to everything, so we didn't need to use the car. It has a spacious, open floor plan, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The giant deck provided the kitchen, dining area and living with lots of natural light. Sandy, the owner, is the best, and was flexible and accomodating when we needed to change our week after we already booked due to an unexpected conflict, and was instantly accessible to us when needed to ask her a question on the Saturday night of our arrival. She is truly a pleasure doing business with! We highly recommend this property to anyone searching for a clean, spacious, centrally located near everything!

I just got back from staying here 2 weeks ago. It was so nice. The condo is very clean, convenient to beach, boardwalk, etc. Restaurants, bakeries, ice cream were all in walking distance if you did not want to have to drive anywhere. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room. The kitchen/dining room/living room area was nice and big and open that we all would sit there have a drink watch tv really very relaxing but yet there was plenty to do. All the bedrooms had tv's which was good. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It was our first time in Ocean City, NJ and the beach was beautiful. We usually go to Wildwood and thought we would try something different and it was an absolute pleasure. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had about what to bring and what was there. Also, recommended a couple of restaurants that we really enjoyed. Thank you

We stayed in this condo for the Fall Block Party weekend. Although the weather was far from perfect, the accommodations made up for that. This condo is very well furnished with all the comforts of home. We look forward to future stays in this beautiful condo.
