Rest and Relax at Grayton Beach is a beautiful new home located in The Preserve at Grayton Beach. This is a gated community(still in progress) with Beach access through a private nature trail. The home is very spacious with true elegant charm.The interior is very well designed and furnished.
The first floor bedroom consists of a queen-size bed, shared bath with double vanity and access to a private deck. The master suite on the second floor contains a king-size bed, large private bath with Jacuzzi and access to a large spacious covered deck. There is also a bedroom with twin beds that share a large double vanity bath with a queen room, both have small private decks.
This four bedroom house will easily sleep ten with a sofa-bed adding an additional option. One of two community pools is located just across the street. A fitness center is located next to the larger pool.
The property is located at the entrance of The Preserve development. The development is still in progress. The property is located just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Grayton Beach and only a few miles from Watercolor and Seaside.

Year Purchased: 2005
We live in Mt. Juliet Tn with our two children, Gabrielle 18 and Nick 16. My husband and I have been coming to the Destin area for many years and excited at the opportunity to build in the Grayton Beach area. We were not at all familiar with the area but have come to love it! We try not to go to Destin when we visit. We have found wonderful places to eat and things to do in this area.
Why the Owner Chose Grayton Beach
We love the area because it is not as congested as Destin, but has the same beautiful beaches that are not as crowded.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Quick walk to the beach. The beach area is very very wide and very few people on the beach.
Great places to eat within minutes of the house.
