  Wonderful place, would stay in this unit again, clean, up to date, great kitchen and large master bathroom. Comfortable beds. Can not be closer to the beach. Very convenient parking and the most important part is- very professional management company!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  Got this beautiful condo at Treasure Island resort. Great view opens up from the balcony: beautiful emerald waters, sugar-white sand, dolphins playing further away, seagulls fishing, we even got to see bunch of stingrays swimming by – that was so spectacular! Our condo was very pleasant as well: nicely decorated, spotless, and welcoming. The kitchen was large and had it all. Several good restaurants were located within the walking distance from the condo. We loved hanging out at Schooners! We had so much fun we didn’t want to go home. P.S. Don’t forget to bring your dog;)

  I ve heard about Treasure Island before but i had never imagined how beautiful and unique this resort was. The location? Paradise. The Condo? Elegant and Highrise. The Service and Rental Company? Outstanding. I also want to mention how clean was our room. I really like the decoration, feels like home. Very comfortable beds and couch. Nice and huge balcony.Tubs are clean and most importantly, the unit has washer and dryer. I would recommend this place for everyone.

  I stayed at Treasure Island recently, great place to relax and enjoy some luxuries usually not present in everyday life. At home,you dont get to sit with cup of coffee and watch sunrise every mornig, this was the moments for me. Rooms were clean and impeccably decorated and the rental agency that I booked through was very helpful and honest. I recommend it to anyone that wants to have a shiny and extra comfortable good time

  We stayed at the Summit Condominiums in July 2012 and if you are looking for a very nice place and unit to stay I would highly recommend it. The room was decorated beautifully and clean. Just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view was delightful and the grounds around the Treasure Island are kept up each day. Scampy`s has great food at affordable prices and is located onsite. There is a huge swimming pool and kiddie pool. Bring your computer for wireless connection. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone interested in having a leisure vacation! Already have reservations for next year.

  Best vacation ever!!! We had a wonderful time, kids really enjoyed it. Since it was a holiday weekend there was lots of people on the beach. We rented our conto from Emerald Coast Destinations company and had no issues at all. Unit is clean, has everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped, washer and dryer.Balcony was my favorite. Its huge and I really enjoyed sitting and watching the sunset.

  I have to admit that Treasure Island has the best view of the Gulf. Can not be closer to the water.Balcony is huge, you can spend hours sitting there and admire the view. I have stayed in Treasure Island many many times but this particular unit impressed me with the decoration. Very tastefully decorated and kept clean. Comfy matresses and pillows. I would rent this unit again for sure.

  My family spent quality time in Treasure Island Resort. Very beautiful condo located right on the beach, nice view from balcony. Rooms are well maintained. I would guess that would depend from the rental companies how they keep it clean, but Lisa was very much help to keep us happy and we enjoyed it.

  This unit is managed and not under constant review. Upon arrival we found burned pans, a dirty oven, kitchen drawers with bits of food, dirty tableware, and various kinds of dirt and debris behind and under furniture. An email was sent to Emerald Coast management upon arrival on Saturday and they sent a rep over on Tuesday with some pots and pans. All of the dishes were chipped and there were no sets of matching glasses. The rep explained that they do not know whether or not the unit is clean unless someone tells them. Also, guest closet doors were removed and standing in a corner. No blackout drapes in the master bedroom and the drapes in the living room were partially unhooked. No toilet paper holder in the master bath. One bar of soap and one roll of paper in each bath. One partial roll of paper towel in the kitchen. No dish towels. No laundry soap. Carpet was dirty. Two keys were provided but only one worked. They advertise credit cards but only use the card for the deposit and charge a fee for using the card. The one bright spot was the great furniture on the balcony.
