You obviously only publish the good comments, because we stayed there last September and were very disappointed. When we first walked in the door, we saw problems. The glass on the sofa table was broken. There were no bar stools. The condo looked as if it had not been cleaned all summer long. There was dust 1/4 inches deep on everything-the shutter doors, the window seals, the ceiling fans, the baseboards, etc. We literally had to start our vacation off by cleaning the condo so that we could enjoy our vacation.

My wife and I stayed in your condo with some dear friends from Nashville recently.During our trip to the gulf a tropical depression sit on top of the general area from PCB to New Orleans. It was expected to become a tornado. Fed by the warm waters of the ocean and it would move slowly and "sit" for 3 to 4 days with winds of 70 to 80 mph winds. .Knowing that we had zero control of the weather and the possibliity of it destroying our trip was to say the least unnerving.Our only thought was to get away from our stressfull lifes and try to find a little peace.We WHERE READY, not smart, but ready!! Upon arrival and fighting the 50 mile a hour winds and horrible weather we get to the 19th floor with all our luggage, Not in the best of moods and not knowing what to expect.we stepped into the condo. Our friends and our attitude changed instantly...WOW...we could not believe it!The floor to ceiling windows with surrounding views of the gulf and the bay area was as you guy.s promised spectacular.The place was CLEAN CHARMING and allow us to relax even as the storm raged outside.Inside the condo it was quite and built to withstand even the worst of weather..We felt safe and not concerned with our safety to the point naps where the norm for the next couple of days.. We had a couple of incidents with the weather but the staff and owners where on the spot with service and help.We finished off with the sun shining and hated to leave and would highly recommend staying and revisiting next year.

Our family had a reunion during the Thanksgiving holiday...we had 2 units, one of which was this one. Furnishings were very nice with well equipped kitchen, the view was spectacular. We would definitely stay at this unit again...and highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of visiting Panama City Beach.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

One of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. It is every thing advertised and more. Exceptional value for the price and the view is incredible. If we're in P. C. this is where we'll stay. Kuddos to the owners !

Sunrise or sunset--you can watch either from this lofty condo, which boasts a spectacular view over the Gulf, St. Andrews Park and St Andrews Bay. Nothing matches those truly emerald waters--and yes, we saw dolphins from the balcony. Inside, the understated beach theme emphasizes the spacious main rooms, which are very comfortably furnished and offer a superb dining area and a well equipped kitchen. The king and queen beds in the two suites are extremely comfortable. Carl and Marynell are well organized in looking after their guests and the information sheet they send along provides a wealth of local dining and attraction information, which proved to be very helpful. We found our location to be handy for exploring the area, venturing as far as Appalachicola and Pensacola, as well as to numerous state parks. The proximity of the St Andrews Park is a plus--walk there by road or by beach and enjoy the scenery and the wildlife. Panama City itself offers nearby shopping and the revived old district is attractive. "Snowbird" activities abound and are well-advertised. Shows and entertainment throughout the area offer a lot of variety. Or the big screen tv just might beckon after a busy day. In short, an excellent place to escape a northern winter, as we did from mid-January to mid-March, 2007.

All I can say is WOW!! This was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in while visiting PCB. The photos do not begin to show how beautifully decorated the unit is. The balcony is unbelievable. To be able to see the sunrise and the sunset both was incredible. We saw stingrays and dolphins from the balcony and got some amazing photos. Carl and Marynell were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend renting from these owners...they are GREAT! We tried several of the restaurants that they recommended and we had some wonderful meals. I can't wait to return to their little piece of paradise next year.

This condo and its views from the many windows and wrap-around balcony are magnificent. (Being a guy, I also enjoyed the 50-inch TV, in the evenings.) It is within walking distance of several good casual restuarants and St. Andrews State Park. The park is a great place to snorkel and watch sunsets and dolphins play in the surf.

The 19th floor view was absolutely amazingly beautiful!!! This brand new unit is upscale and being right on the gulf, so close to the ocean... was spectacular! It is such a lovely unit and the entire property in extremely nice. The icing on the cake... the delightful, professional, extremely helpful owners. You will be quite pleased with this one!!!!!!!!!

A truly wonderful condo. Upscale decor. Very comfortable. Words cannot describe the view,imagine waking up in a kingsize bed to see the most beautiful sunrise over the bay,then being able to see the sunset over the gulf from that same bedroom, Absolutely Awesome. We were able to watch the dolphins and one large sting ray go by. Also we love to go see the boats come in to Captain Andersons with their catch and we were able to see from the front balcony when they were heading in so we then could be over there by the time they docked.Location of these condos are perfect, close to everything but also on the quiet end of Thomas drive. The only problem we had was the fact that we had to leave. I have been going to Panama city for 46 years and this was by far the best place I have ever stayed and I have tried alot of the new high rise units. You will not go wrong renting from Carl he will make sure you are well informed on places to try and places to see. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay!

This condo with its size,location, furnishing and its great view is the best we have stayed in anywhere. The condo is just like the photos so there are no suprises. Carl is very helpful with a list of restaurants and other things to do. We would recommend this condo and would be happy to rent from Carl again in the future.

Beautiful condo in an excellant location!! The view is fabulous and the owners have furnished it well. My children loved the two pools and the flat screen TV's in the bedrooms.The surf theme decor was fun and I really appreciated the extra seating and glider on the porch to watch the sunsets at night! You can not go wrong with this unit.

I have to say our stay at this condo was outstanding. We were not disappointed with anything. The view is awesome from the 19th floor and it was great being centrally located for all our activities. The condo is decorated beautifully, it felt like a penthouse. We considered this as one of our top vacations.

Fabulous condo!! The view is unbelievable and the decor is upscale--very nice. We were very happy with the location. Most of all- working with the owners was great!! They even gave us a list of activities & restaurants in the area. We will definatly rent this unit again. Thank you for making our beach week enjoyable!!!!!
