The room has very high celing beams and a window which looks out into the courtyard. Situated on the FIRST FLOOR ( American 2nd floor), it enjoys an absolute CALM and a complete SAFETY. (2 secured gates with two security systems and intercom ).
The living room has a window equipped with an electric shutter and curtains.The master bedroom welcomes a KING-SIZE-BED convertible in Twins, beside two tables, a sofa, a dining room table with 4 chairs, a desk and built-in closets.
The mezzanine, where one cannot stand, is furnished with 2 SINGLE BEDS, built-in shelves, and wall to wall carpet floor. AIR CONDITIONING unlike most Paris apartments. High speed INTERNET access and local TELEPHONE service free.A COMPUTER is provided.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with two electric plates, a small refrigerator, a MICROWAVE OVEN, a DISHWASHER, a coffee maker (expresso ), a toaster and a kettle. The entrance hall has a built-in closet containing an IRON and ironing board.
The tiled bathroom has a BATHTUBE, a washbasin, a toilette, a hair dryer and a WASHING MACHINE. There is a window inside. Heat and hot water are both electric. It is easy to eat at home :the grocery in the street is open till 12pm. The cheese shop, butcher, and bakery are down the building.

Don't miss St Louis en l'Ile church built in 1622, Hotel de Lauzun, built by Louis le Vau in 1650.....and Bertillon ice cream...You will smell the freshly baked bread of Mr Martin, the bakery downstair..
