Away from the noise of the boutiques and restaurants, this spacious (30 square meter/325 square feet) LUXURY studio was restored in June 2006. The room has very high celing beams and a window which looks out into the courtyard. Situated on the FIRST FLOOR ( American 2nd floor), it enjoys an absolute CALM and a complete SAFETY. (2 secured gates with two security systems and intercom ).

The living room has a window equipped with an electric shutter and curtains.The master bedroom welcomes a KING-SIZE-BED convertible in Twins, beside two tables, a sofa, a dining room table with 4 chairs, a desk and built-in closets.

The mezzanine, where one cannot stand, is furnished with 2 SINGLE BEDS, built-in shelves, and wall to wall carpet floor. AIR CONDITIONING unlike most Paris apartments. High speed INTERNET access and local TELEPHONE service free.A COMPUTER is provided.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with two electric plates, a small refrigerator, a MICROWAVE OVEN, a DISHWASHER, a coffee maker (expresso ), a toaster and a kettle. The entrance hall has a built-in closet containing an IRON and ironing board.

The tiled bathroom has a BATHTUBE, a washbasin, a toilette, a hair dryer and a WASHING MACHINE. There is a window inside. Heat and hot water are both electric. It is easy to eat at home :the grocery in the street is open till 12pm. The cheese shop, butcher, and bakery are down the building.

Nearby, Metro Pont Marie #7 takes you directly to Opera Garnier,Grand Palais,Champs Elysees, major department stores(Printemps, Galeries Lafayette).Bus #87 takes you to the Eiffel Tower.Easy walk from RER stop to Charles de Gaulle Airport ,Parc des Expositions of Villepinte,Stade de France (direct )

  • My husband and I spend spring vacation with our two teenage daughters here last April. The apartment was very cute and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. I loved being able to cook our own meal on occasion. The location was terrific and I loved waking up to the smell of fresh baked bread from the bakery downstairs. We had a wonderful time. There is no place like Paris in the spring time, and I would definately love to stay here again. Thanks Annie for all your help!

  • Thanks Annie, for helping make our family's first visit to paris just great! The apartment was the perfect size and location for the four of us (2 kids - 8 and 11)! The kids loved the "loft" beds. I am a "fussy" sleeper, and I slept wonderfully on the comfortable beds and the peace and quiet! The computer was a wonderful bonus - I checked weather and Metro/bus information everyday! Thanks again

    The apartment on the Ile de St Louis is a dream: it is comfortable, convenient, quiet. A delicious bakery is two minutes away as is a wonderful vegetarian restaurant.To the Notre Dame is a five minute walk;ditto to the excitement of the Left Bank and,the opposite way, a five minute walk to the Marais, the Picasso Museum, the old Jewish quarter. Three Metro stations are a short walk away, as are buses. I can\'t wait to go back next time I have to be in Paris. Curt Leviant

  • What a fantastic apartment! Although it was small, it was perfect for us and our 2 sons... everything we needed! Superb location...handy to everything and Annie was so helpful and friendly. The whole booking process was easy and problem-free from initial contact to Annie waiting in the apartment for us to arrive... what more could you ask for? Why stay in a hotel when you can experience Paris like this? PERFECT!!!!
