Located on one of the world's most beautiful beaches with its white sand and emerald-colored water, it is the perfect setting for a truly wonderful vacation. Fantastic views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from our unit's living room, master bedroom, and its large private balcony. At dusk you will be in awe of the amazing sunsets that light up the evening sky.
Luxury begins with its spacious floor plan. It is 1492 square feet. There is never any waiting for elevators because there are only 45 units in our building. Guests also enjoy personalized service from the Grandview staff. Our unit is located on the sixth floor. It has been professionally decorated using a Nantucket color palette. You will find seagrass greens, cranberry reds, and sunny yellows to provide you with a charming, relaxing atmosphere.
The spacious, master bedroom with king-size bed, has a sliding glass door to the 172-square-foot balcony and a large window that provides you with an additional view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The bed coverings are custom. The master bath contains an over-sized shower and large, jetted tub both made of cultured marble, double sinks, and granite counter top.
The second bedroom has a cozy look with queen-size bed and designer quilted bed coverings. It connects directly to the large, second bath. This bath is also accessible from the main hallway. The third bedroom has a double-size bed with a picket fence headboard and colorful bed coverings. All bedrooms have custom window treatments, TVs, DVD players, and plenty of storage space so you will not have to live out of your suitcase.
Our living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, DVD and VHS player, and the sofa table is filled with family games. The dining table seats six with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. Our kitchen has granite counter tops and upgraded stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Our unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Whether you are drawn to Panama City Beach for its natural beauty, relaxed atmosphere, or its way of life, come and enjoy our luxury unit at Grandview West. Even a rainy day will not spoil your vacation at our "Jewel" on the Emerald Coast. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets. You must be age 25 to rent and be an occupant during the stay. Wow what a wonderful beachfront condo! There was five adults in our family and we had plenty of room to move about in the condo. Pauline was great to answer all our questions. Joann in the office was also very helpful. I don't ever write reviews on places we have stayed in the past but just had to on this place because we enjoyed it so much. It was nice to have a Kitchen supplied with everything you could ask for to prepare a meal. This condo was very clean and maintained. Free rentals on movies if you wanted to stay in for the night. Free parking and the 4 chairs and two umbrellas was great for the beach. Lots to do in Panama City. Pier Park was a lot of fun just walking around at all the shops and also lots of eating places. Also the beach is very nice with white sand. One morning we seen dolphins out in the water from our balcony. We would love to go back in the future!

Wow what a wonderful condo to stay in. The pictures do NOT do justice for the unit. It was great to have soooo much room with three kids. The beach chairs were straight forward from the beach acess. Location location can't get any better than it is located. Short drive to peir park and stuff to do for the kids. Pauline-what a wonderful owner. She was so helpful with the renting process along with making sure everything went ok. I have rented on Home Away for the past five years and I would have to say from start to finish this one has been the BEST so far. I strongly recommend this condo to anyone if yoou are going to PCB.

I was pleasantly surprised that this condo exceeded my expectations. Staying at different vrbo listings over the years, usually there is some wear & tear to the accomodations compared to the pictures. The pictures shown almost do not do the unit justice. It is absolutely gorgeous, plenty of room, and a great location. The owner's of this condo were also GREAT to work with! We strongly recommend!!

Thank you for the use of your condo last week. It is beautiful and HUGE!! The Oaseas staff was wonderful and we were allowed to use the Auxiliary Lot for the boat. The weather was perfect, the beach was perfect, our stay was PERFECT!! It created some new memories with our family!

Your condo was great! It had everything we needed and more. It was clean, bright, and cheery. It was nice that everyone had their own space because the unit is sooooo large. We were not on top of each other. The four beach chairs and two umbrellas were an added bonus for us. Thanks so much for sharing your home away from home with us.

We enjoyed our stay at Grandview West Condo. We enjoyed our stay it was really nice ,comfortable place to stay. We are planning on staying there next summer of 2011. We've stayed in different condo over the last ten years this one has been the best one.

We had such an awesome time in your condo. The view was breath taking and the condo was just perfect. Your condo was just right for us. The beach was very clean and the little ones and the big ones enjoyed the beach with equal time. Even My husband Murray and I went parasailing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never thought I would do something like that but was so glad we went. My husband said to me we need to come back here again. That is very rare for him to say that about the condo and the beach. Our sand castle was a big hit, We noticed that other people would stop and take pictures by it or in it. It was hugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Dear Pauline, My family and I had a wonderful time at Panama City Beach. You and your husband's condo met every expectation we had hoped for. The furnishings were very nice. One thing that impressed me was the beds, and how the master bed slept. Most of the time the mattresses are pretty worn. This one was exceptionally nice and firm. I travelled for 11 years with a company out of New Jersey and experienced every kind of uncomfortable bed one could sleep on. The furnishings were very nice. The view was absolutely beautiful. My family and I will contact you on our next trip to PCB. Thanks for being so nice and understanding. You and your husband are wonderful people.
