The house is very well located to walk to everything. Lovely maid and gardener. Every morning I wake up and smile - so happy to be here. The house has everything you need except for a decent corkscrew! I would recommend this rental to everyone, including close friends and relatives. It's full of sunlight. I would return again and again if I hadn't bought myself a house. Well, I love this town. The owner was always a pleasure to work with in the months leading up to my arrival. The place exactly as described. Go ahead - makes yourself happy - and book this rental!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: I first visited San Miguel as a backpacking student in 1970. From that visit I vowed one day to return to Mexico to live. With San Miguel's reputation as an international/cosmopolitan 'small city' with a generous blend of Mexican and international culture in the arts, music and food, this was the town I felt most drawn to. Since 2005 I own 3 properties and spend time working in the U.S. as a travel nurse and living in San Miguel.
Why the Owner Chose Centro:
This is a very Mexican house in a prime location for the vacationer. All the best of San Miguel is right outside your door. My neighbor's,the Bustamonte Family, have lived next door for generations and welcome all my tenants.
