No other homes are visible - simply the breath-taking beauty and the sounds of a year round stream rushing below the 100-year old terraced taro patches togther with the calls of hawks riding the thermals above the 900' cliffs. The very well laid out, large studio unit has breath-taking views from the kitchen, king-size bed and corner table and chairs, as well as the jetted jacuzzi, that can seat two.
A great central location allows easy jaunts down to Hilo or over to South Kohala and up to Hawi to the northern tip of the island, in addition to the hiking, horseback or four-wheel tours of beautiful Waipio Valley. The many guestbooks reflect wonderful memories that hundreds of guests have enjoyed here for over thirteen years now, and I'd be happy to help you to create some of your own.
