This unit is located on the second floor and not only has GREAT VIEWS but is very quiet as there is no one living above. Many 1st floor units get complaints of noisy neighbors above. Don't ruin your vacation by making this mistake. You can HEAR THE OCEAN from this condo!!!

This beautifully renovated (June 2008) Condominium has 10 foot ceilings and is located in the exclusive Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach. Temporary membership is available to all the facilities. There are beautiful views from the patio of the golf course and across the lagoon to the beachfront properties. Sawgrass is a gated community with 24 hour Security.

The Beach Club includes an adult pool on the ocean and an olympic family pool. The community pool is only 150 steps from the Condominium. The Beach Club has two dining rooms, two lounges, cabana bar, beachside grill, and patio dining.

The spacious Condominium has a master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Bedrooms feature TV, VCR, and DVD. A Sunroom room has twin daybeds and small desk for office work and the living room couch is a queen bed sleeper sofa. All furniture, appliances, lined drapes and carpet are brand new and very luxurious. All rooms have ceiling fans. The living room entertainment center features a 36 inch TV. The patio has gorgeous views and ocean breezes with dining for six and a gas grill for cooking.

The wildlife and quiet surroundings are very relaxing and perfect for walks and bike rides; and yet, water sports, entertainment, and dining and dancing are just two minutes away. Some of the best shelling and sharksteeth can be found at the Beach Club. Take A1A just 20 miles to fun St. Augustine. The new St. John's Town Center Shopping Mall is less than ten minutes away.

There are two bikes included with the rental that allow access to the beach and beach club at no charge. Unless you prefer to walk to the beach every day this is the only way to avoid paying extra/hidden charges for beach access. Be sure you check this out with other rentals.

HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET INCLUDED. Carpet replaced in fall of 2009.
