When you walk into the Condo you are greeted by a sense of spaciousness created by the vaulted ceilings and 1725 sq ft. of living space. The fireplace provides an instant sense of warmth. The tastefully appointed rooms complete the feeling of being in a luxury mountain retreat. Our Condo was recently remodeled and has updated carpets, modern appliances, quality cabinets and new furniture.
The Condo is in the Tyra Summit lodging complex which is right on the 4 O'clock ski run. True ski in and ski out access means you can ski home for lunch and then back again after a challenging day on the slopes. Our building has a pool and two hot tubs for you to relax and socialize. Accommodations include a "cook's" kitchen that is ready for preparing dinner or you can head to downtown Breckenridge and one of its amazing restaurants. In the summer, its a pleasant walk into town.
The Condo is situated on the top floor of the Tyra Summit Complex which provides peace and quiet. The nearby elevator makes it easy to get to. From the deck you can watch the skiers whisk by on the 4 O'clock ski run. There is a nice view of the mountains. In the summer, the ski run turns into an alpine like setting.
Sleeping Accommodations:
Sleeps six to eight people. There are two master bedrooms, each with private baths. A master bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a second master bedroom upstairs with a king size bed. A second downstairs bedroom has two twin beds (which can be converted to a queen) and is near a hall bath. An upstairs loft is furnished with a pull out couch providing additional sleeping options. Lots of closet and drawer space. TV's in the master bedrooms include a DVD player for each TV.
For Dining:
Fully equipped "cook's" kitchen, where you can prepare a meal over, a glass of wine. Range and oven. Built-in microwave. Dishwasher. Refrigerator with ice maker. Coffee maker and coffee grinder. Heinkle knives, Circulon and Calphalon cookware. Many small appliance for food preparation. Large center butcher block island for congregating. Dining table seats eight. Spices, condiments, flour sugar, etc... available for your use.
For The Family:
A warm and inviting gas fireplace in the living room. Entertainment center in living room has surround sound stereo system Karaoke machine for lots of family fun!! TV in living room with DVD and VCR. Board games for family and children's entertainment.
Other Extras:
Access to our clubhouse with an indoor pool, two hot tubs and towel service. Unlimited wireless internet service. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the Condo. Free local phone calls. Covered parking.

- Mountain View: Views of Peak 7 and Peak 6. The balcony looks over the 4 O'Clock ski run and into a natural bowl lined with lodgepole pines.
- Ski-In: True ski-in access from the 4 O'Clock ski run. You can ski right up to the complex.
- Ski-Out: True ski-out onto the 4 O'Clock Ski run and down to either the Snowflake Lift or down to the new Gondola. Together, these lifts will allow you to quickly reach Peak 9, Peak 8 and Peak 7!!!

We bought our condo in Breckenridge because of the skiing and the town. The mountain has somethign to offer everyone from beginners to extreme skiers. The town has wonderful restaurants and shopping, shopping, shopping.
The Unique Benefits at this Breck Ski In Ski Out Condo
Our condo is ski in ski out. Its easy to head out and meet up on the slopes or to ski back from lunch.
The Riverwalk Center is a Breck jewel. This is home to the National Repertory Orchestra in the summer. There are also other great concerts and events.
You can ski from our condo to the Snowflake lift which takes you up above the base of both Peak 8 and Peak 9. Very convenient!! In the summer, there is a hiking trail which starts here and loops bac
