This is a newly-built modern home, stylish yet comfortable, on a quaint street on the Bolinas Mesa. The house, built in 2003, can comfortably accommodate up to two small families. It is also perfect for up to three couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two. The master bedroom has a king bed, with peek-a-boo views of the ocean and lovely views of the hills. The attached master bath has a large shower and jetted bath tub, and also lovely views. The second bedroom upstairs is a kids' room, with a bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top). There is another full bath upstairs. The downstairs room has great views of the yard and a queen bed. The living room is perfect for lounging in front of a fire or playing games, with two couches and two great chairs. The dining room and kitchen are the focal point of the house - the kitchen is for the gourmet, with a six burner gas stove, granite counters, and modern appliances and equipment. The island is perfect for socializing, drinks, and appetizers.
The entire house is light, airy, with numerous windows and skylights. The downstairs is hardwood floor, and the upstairs is carpeted.
The yard is large enough for relaxing, eating and playing. There are also peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the deck off the kitchen. Breakfasts on the deck are fabulous! The barbecue is right outside the french doors to the kitchen. And there is a new hot tub just steps away.
The house is a hundred yards from the edge of the mesa - with an incredible view of the ocean and the hills of Marin, San Francisco and the San Mateo Coast. Watch the hawks and surfers from the private bench. Brighton Beach, famous for surfing, and the quaint town of Bolinas, are a 15 minute walk or five minute drive.

NOTE: SEVERE WATER RESTRICTIONS ARE IN PLACE IN BOLINAS DUE TO DROUGHT. YOU MAY NOT RENT THIS HOUSE IF YOU USE MORE THAN 150/GALLONS OF WATER PER DAY. SEVERE PENALTIES IF YOU GO OVER THIS PER DAY LIMIT.
