Simply take the TGV from the airport (Aérogare 2) to Rennes, where you can rent a car; Rennes is about an hour from St. Caradec. Alternatively, you can change trains in Rennes and pick up a car in St. Brieuc. In addition, trains run almost hourly from la Gare Montparnasse in Paris to Rennes and Saint-Brieuc.
