This fabulous Mid-Century designed by the famed architect William Krisel, has achieved historic status with the City of Rancho Mirage and for good reason. Surrounded by incredible mountain views and situated in a date palm grove, this enclave of 17 homes in the heart of a quiet Tamarisk neighborhood is a mid-century oasis. Each home sits on a third of an acre and shares an Olympic size pool and spa located in the middle of the development. The home was originally owned by Alex Gottleib, a famous Hollywood producer and screenwriter known for producing the Abbott and Costello films as well as television shows such as The Smothers Brothers and The Donna Reed Show. His famous neighbors in the complex included Groucho Marx and Barbara Sinatra, who held on to her home for a number of years after marrying Frank.
