The vacation rental building called l'Etoile is located in the heart of South Beach in a very quiet street at a 1 minute walk from Lincoln Road and 5 minutes from the Beach.
This historic Miami Beach building is composed of only 4 apartments: The building offers parking, is secured by fences, intercom system and a video cameras.
This two bedroom two bath apartment features 900 sq ft of spacious and totally renovated comfort. This beautifully decorated unit is located on the ground floor.
The living room has very comfortable furniture and comes with an old chimney (non working).
The first bedroom comes with a king size bed and has lots of light. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bathrooms have been updated with beige marble and top of the line materials.
The dining area is contiguous to the beautiful kitchen. The floor is a wood throughout the unit.
The apartment will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people as it has two extra sofa beds.
This vacation apartment is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels for your convenience.
No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent.

* We are now offering our guests top of the line beach cruiser bicycles for just $10/day (1/3 of the regular price!) upon request and availability.

Everything about this condo was great. It was really clean and was perfectly located in South Beach(Walking distance (literally steps!) to the beach). The unit was nice and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the fact that the property manager took care of us from the beginning to the end! thx Arnold and Miami Habitat:) We can't wait to come back in Miami Beach.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
