Each condo sleeps 6 - 2 double beds in master bedroom, 1 murphy double bed in oceanfront den & 1 bathroom, recently upgraded & re-furnished 4 separate rooms: master bedroom, kitchen, den with murphy bed and bathroom. Spectacular panoramic view of ocean from the 14th floor den and balcony. ~600 square feet.
New furniture & cental air. Guests may also use the amenities at the adjacent Palace Resort.. Clean linens and towels provided, cleaning before check-in and after check-out. 1 private porch directly overlooking ocean from den. I am a native to Horry County and have been a real estate broker for 22 years. I have 2 sons, one 15 and living at home and the other one is 29. I got married for the second time last year to an Attorney and we travel alot, but before that my sons and I used to spend alot of time at the Landmark pretending we were on vacation! It's great!
Why the Owner Chose Landmark Resort
I chose the Landmark because of the great Waterpark, the friendly employees, the location, and of course the suite!! The locals are always trying to sneak in to use the facilities!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The room is the perfect location in the building, it's on the main floor so you don't have to ride elevators and it's centrally located to the bar, dining room, laundry room, excercise room, and best of all directly over the waterpark with the stairwell straight across the hall from the suite!
