This 600 square foot, first floor apartment is the only unit in the building that has a new ‘luxury upgrade’ making it one of our most requested places to stay in Miami Fl. This magnificence unit has one bedroom, one bath and sleeps up to four people.
The beautifully sunlit living room has a modern décor with new contemporary black leather fold out futon that will sleep two more people. The living room also includes a brand new 32’ plasma cable TV, DVD player and stereo. There is also a dining area with a modern glass table and three chairs. Next to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven and a coffee maker.
The bedroom in this extended stay Miami lodging apartment has a trendy décor, queen-size bed, night table, dresser and a new 32’ plasma TV. The spacious closet has a combination safe for guests to store their valuables. The newly remodeled bathroom has floor to wall marble and tile, European fixtures and rainfall shower head.
