"Laissez Fair" is an alpine, family home filled with warmth and character. It is walking distance to the Cascade lift. Minutes away from Vail Village on the FREE town of Vail shuttle. We have just finished an exterior remodel with and added a large new deck with a hot tub.
This property has four bedrooms and three restrooms. It has recently had the interior renovated. The house has four levels with bedrooms on three different levels for plenty of privacy.
The kitchen has been updated with cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The living room has comfortable furniture surrounding the large rock fireplace. It is equipped with cable TV, VCR, and stereo. Off of the living room is a large deck with a gas barbecue to admire the fabulous vistas.
The master bedroom has a lodgepole pine, queen-size bed also featuring magnificent views. The fully-appointed bath is adjoining. There is a steam shower and heated tile floors.
The upstairs bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed.
The lower level features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bedroom with a bunk twin/double bed. There is also a family room with a large comfortable sectional sofa and TV. A great room to snuggle up and watch your favorite movie (or a great extra room for the kids) There is a full bathroom for the two bedrooms.
The hot tub is outside to watch the snow fall and gaze at the stars. What better way to relax after a day on the mountain!
