This vacation home is located at the Izatys Resort and Golf Club. The resort sits on the South end of Lake Mille Lacs, which is known for it's Walleye and Muskie Fishing. The resort offers two Championship 18 hole golf courses that are nestled within the Minnesota Great North Woods. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and spa, a white sand volleyball court, and outdoor bar and patio area, a full service marina to include fishing and pontoon boat and personal watercraft rentals. The marina offers slip rentals and charter fishing excursions. The use of all resort amenities are included in your stay and some will involve an additional cost. There is also dining and live entertainment at the resort.
This vacation home has one gas golf cart included for use. The property is surrounded by a beautiful manicured lawn. A patio set is located in the back for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunsets over Mille Lacs Lake. There is plenty of area to play a game of bocce ball or for gatherings.
Grand Casino Mille Lacs is a 15 minute drive around the lake for additional entertainment and dining.

Upon arriving we had to vacuum the main level, do the dishes because most were not clean. The dishwasher was rusty, so maybe that was part of the problem. There was not enough silverware for a family. I bought extra to get by during our stay. The windows weren't clean on the inside. The picture of the place is far from how it looks. The couch is pink leather which is very worn and torn. The entire place needs some TLC. I did buy a battery cable and some water softening salt and was reimbursed. I would not stay at this condo again. I felt the pictures of the place were very misleading and should not be used. The use of the golf cart was nice.Owner response: This townhouse is fully supplied with two sets of very good dishes and 2 drawer fulls of silverware and other utensils. We changed cleaning staff at this time since we were not happy with our cleaning person. Could be the problem. The dishwasher is 3 years old and is not rusty. In fact all appliances are new within the last 3 years. We are very happy with our new cleaning staff. We are not the typical townhouse owner that locks the pantry and garage. The townhouse is completely open to the public. This openess has resulted in theft of items. The person commenting on this offered to take the new golf cart battery up to the unit and even install it. Apparently a new battery cable was required and we reimbursed her. The customer who wrote the review is not welcome back to our townhouse.
