Vacation at Calypso Towers, completed April 2006. This 17th floor condominium has an unobstructed view of the Gulf both east and west. It is located within walking distance of the all new Pier Park. You will enjoy the two heated pools with an ocean view and Tiki Bar. The pools can be viewed from the balcony of the unit.
Enjoy the sound of the beach from the spacious living room that has a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Do not forget the balcony with the beautiful views. The master suite comes with a king-size bed, access to the balcony, and an armoire with a TV and DVD player. The guest room offers a queen-size bed and also includes an armoire with TV and DVD player. This condo has a bunk room that is perfect for the kids. It offers a set of bunk-beds, which consists of a full mattress on bottom and a twin on top, a t.v. and dvd player.
There are many extras including, 9 foot ceiling throughout, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen, and a full size washer and dryer. There is even a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
Pier Park is located within walking distance of the Calypso Towers. Pier Park features many new restaurants including Margaritaville, 5 Guys Burgers and Fries, Buffalo Wild Wings, Long Horn, Marble Slab Creamery, Backporch Seafood & Oyster House, and much more. New stores include Target, JCPenny, Dillards, Ron Jon Surf Shop, all your favorite little beach stores, and a movie theater. Pier Park is fun for the whole family! You and your family can enjoy dinner, movie, and dessert..and you won't even have to get in your car!!
There are no pets and no smoking in this condo. We do not rent to persons under the age of 25.

We treated our adult son's and their wives (and grandson) to a long weekend at the beach. This condo was everything you see in the photos and more. The facility is top notch and well maintained. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had more towels than six adults could go through in three days and plenty of water toys available if needed (boogie boards, noodles and a couple of umbrellas). If you enjoy your coffee or cocktail there were plenty of coffee pots and blenders to whip up your favorite concoction. The kitchen was fully stocked and we ate every meal except one in the condo. Full washer and dryer made keeping your beach towels washed and dried a breeze. The condo was on the 17th floor and we were pleasantly surprised how fast (and air conditioned) the elevators were. We highly recommend this condo for a large group. Well appointed and very affordable. Thanks for sharing your small piece of paradise with us. We look forward to returning in the future. The unit is in an excellent location. Well layed out, nicely appointed. Kitchen is well equipped. The surround sound for the DVD player was a plus. Everything was nice and clean. The owners were easy to deal with.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.
