BEAUTIFUL PANAMA CITY BEACH - Panama City Beach Condo Rental Vacation at Calypso Towers, completed April 2006. This 17th floor condominium has an unobstructed view of the Gulf both east and west. It is located within walking distance of the all new Pier Park. You will enjoy the two heated pools with an ocean view and Tiki Bar. The pools can be viewed from the balcony of the unit. Enjoy the sound of the beach from the spacious living room that has a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Do not forget the balcony with the beautiful views. The master suite comes with a king-size bed, access to the balcony, and an armoire with a TV and DVD player. The guest room offers a queen-size bed and also includes an armoire with TV and DVD player. This condo has a bunk room that is perfect for the kids. It offers a set of bunk-beds, which consists of a full mattress on bottom and a twin on top, a t.v. and dvd player. There are many extras including, 9 foot ceiling throughout, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen, and a full size washer and dryer. There is even a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Pier Park is located within walking distance of the Calypso Towers. Pier Park features many new restaurants including Margaritaville, 5 Guys Burgers and Fries, Buffalo Wild Wings, Long Horn, Marble Slab Creamery, Backporch Seafood & Oyster House, and much more. New stores include Target, JCPenny, Dillards, Ron Jon Surf Shop, all your favorite little beach stores, and a movie theater. Pier Park is fun for the whole family! You and your family can enjoy dinner, movie, and dessert..and you won't even have to get in your car!! There are no pets and no smoking in this condo. We do not rent to persons under the age of 25.
