L'etoile is an adorable exclusive Miami Beach vacation rentals building with only 4 apartments. It is a typical art deco building. This Miami vacation apartments building is located in a very quiet street a 1 minute walk from Lincoln Road and 5 minutes from the Beach. It is a 2 story building with 2 apartments per floor, one 2 bedroom and three 1 bedroom apartment.
Residents of L'etoile have access to a large and wonderful garden and a superb brand new built pool equipped with patio furniture to enjoy Miami's delightful morning and late afternoon. This Miami vacation apartments offer free internet access.
Unit C is a 650 square foot vacation rental on the second-floor of L’etoile. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and will accommodate up to four people.
The high ceilings and exposed beams in Unit C add character to its already tastefully decorated décor. The spacious living room is furnished with a modern black leather couch and chair and a black fold-out futon and coffee table. Beside the Art Deco style, faux fireplace is a plasma TV, DVD player and stereo. Between the living room and the kitchen is a large dining area with a contemporary glass dining table and four chairs. From the dining area guests may access the private 2nd floor terrace. This terrace overlooks the tropical backyard pool area and is equipped with table and chairs. The kitchen is bright and sunny with white counters, new cabinetry and new al white appliances.
This master bedroom has a, king-size bed, night tables, dresser and a large closet with a safe for guests to store their valuables. The European style bathroom has floor to ceiling marble, designer vanity and glass enclosed shower with a large rainfall showerhead.
Our guests will enjoy swimming and sunbathing in the backyard pool or relaxing with a book in the outdoor lounge area. We also offer free local dialing, free WiFi and access to the coin operated washer and dryer in all of our places to rent. Miami lodging at L’Etoile now offers its guests free concierge services.
The building is secured with fences and an intercom system and a video camera system.
