This is a beautifully decorated and upgraded 2-bedroom condo at The Village at Breckenridge resort (ski-in/ski-out, right at the base of Peak 9) and one block from Main Street. The condo, one of the larger corner units with a southeastern orientation, is located alongside the Blue River, with views of the mountains around Mt. Baldy and Quandary Peak, Maggie Pond and partial views of Peak 9. People say that The Village at Breckenridge is in the best location in Breckenridge, and we couldn't agree more. You can get by quite well without a car here - the essentials are nearby and Breckenridge has a comprehensive free shuttle system.
The Village at Breckenridge is very family-friendly. There is an onsite child care center which operates during ski season, and the renowned Breckenridge Ski School is conveniently located right within the complex. This resort has all the amenities for your family and friends to enjoy - indoor/outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, work out room, ski and board rentals right on site, etc.
We enjoy this condo as our second home and view it differently than a typical investment property. We have invested in quality upgrades for our guests’ comfort and for our own enjoyment as well. Since we bought the condo 4-1/2 years ago, we’ve renovated it in several stages. We just completed the final phase of upgrades, with finishes that you would see in the new luxury high-end condos. The new bathrooms have many high-end features: custom 2-sink vanities, frameless Euro shower doors in the master bath, granite countertops in both baths, new porcelain tile with stone & glass mosaic accent pieces, new Kohler fixtures and many other upgrades. A larger and more efficient gas fireplace with stone surround has been installed. Ceilings have been retextured using a hand trowel - no more dated popcorn ceilings! New knotty alder millwork and interior doors with bronze hardware have replaced the old pine woodwork. Two years ago the kitchen was totally redone, including slab granite countertops, high-end cabinets, gorgeous slate flooring, Kenmore Elite stainless steel appliances and recessed ceiling lights. Not many condos have a built-in 5.1 stereo surround system! There are two HD-capable TV’s: a 37" in the family room and a 32" in the master bedroom. The carpeting and all of the furniture and accessories were replaced within the past 4-1/2 years. The overall style of the decor is "mountain elegant" with a cozy and inviting feel to it. Guests have commented that it feels like home. We've included games, puzzles, DVD's, magazines and books for your family to enjoy. We have a Graco Play 'N Pack for your little one. No pets, no smoking, please!

Be assured that you will be booking this particular unit as represented by the actual photos on this listing, although a few of the photos will be replaced when the latest upgrades are complete.
