If you want to see Hawaii without the crowds, to see the beauty and difference of both sides of the Big Island, and to forget the fast-paced hustle of this crazy world, our lovely home is the place for you.

Our brand new home is elegantly designed for your enjoyment and comfort. The island style home is light and airy, open beamed with dura ceramic tiles throughout. We offer two master bedrooms with your choice of tempurpedic or down pillow top mattress for our queen size beds. In addition, the futon in the main room opens into a double sized bed. Loosen your muscles with an in-home massage by local masseuses who specialize from lomi lomi to Swedish massages.

On clear days, you can watch the steam cloud as lava enters the ocean from our home’s spacious lanai/deck. Enjoy cattle grazing on the graceful slopes of Mauna Loa and 180 degree ocean views. Situated at the 1300’ level in a family community, we offer you a climate that is sunny, while the cool of the evening is refreshing.

The main living area overlooks the 17th green of the Discovery Harbour community golf course. For beginners or hackers, you may walk over to the clubhouse and for a $5 donation get a cart and golf clubs for some fun. For the more serious golfers, 15 minutes away is Sea Mountain Golf Course, 45 minutes to the east (Hilo) is Volcano Golf Course, and 1 hour to the west (Kona) is the Big Island Country Club.

The rural Ka’u District is the ideal location to relax and enjoy the wonders of the Big Island. You can be in Volcanoes National Park in 45 minutes and see how the Big Island is growing daily as lava flows across the land. In fifteen minutes you could lay on a black sand beach and turtle preserve, swim and snorkel. Also, a short drive takes you to South Point fishing area and boat launch, Green Sands Beach trailhead, the farmer’s market in Naalehu, and a meal at one of our local restaurants. A 90-minute drive takes you to the white sand beaches and nightlife of Kona.

Come relax in our impeccably maintained home, have a barbecue on our spacious deck while enjoying the panoramic ocean and mountain views.
