The floor plan of this house is open and spacious.The atmosphere of the house is design, hip, trendy, white black colors and modern furniture.
The living area is full of light thanks to its numerous french windows which offer also wonderful views of the pool, the garden and the canal. When entering guest will find a spacious entrance, the gourmet kitchen is located immediately to the right. The Wooden kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed.
The dining area, which is located just next to the kitchen, offers seating for 8 people. Once you step towards the rear of the living you will a pool table and to its right we have the sofas, with the TV area and a desk with its computer.
All bedrooms are equipped with tvs.
In the Left wing of the house
The Master Bedroom is equipped with a modern queen size and has a direct access to the swimming pool through its french doors. It is . The marble master bathroom is small and equipped with a shower.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with a queen size bed.
In right wing of the house
The 3 rd bedroom is located next to the kitchen and is equipped with two twin beds.

We have had two fantastic holidays at this glorious villa – for two weeks in late January 2011. The villa was beautifully decorated and furnished to a very, very, high standard throughout, with a modern equiped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, shower wet rooms... Great location, nice spacious villa, beautiful weather! We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definately recommend it to friends and family!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
