What a great location for a wonderful time in Hilton Head! We recently spent 4 days in this beautiful villa. We took bikes and kayaks and found this to be a perfect location to enjoy both. It is an easy walk to the beach and a quiet and beautiful area of the Island. We walked our kayaks directly across the road and put into the Palmetto Dunes lagoon system every day! The villa was perfect for our needs with the 2 separate master suites. The open floor plan downstairs was a great way to enjoy time together. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed eating in a few times. We rode our bikes from the villa to many other places on the island. Don was very easy to work with and very accomodating to our needs!

Home Away from Home

My daughter and I have visited many different properties on Hilton Head Island but this villa is by far the most perfect vacation retreat. We have returned for the last seven years and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The owners are very conscious about their guest comfort and their villa shows it. It is well equipped with all of the essentials, always clean and close to the beach. It is also very family friendly - the pool is very convenient to the unit. I would recommend this villa to anyone planning a trip to Hilton Head. Being centrally located on the Island this villa is close to everything you would want to do - beach walking, golf, tennis, biking, shopping or just relaxing by the pool. This will definitely continue to be our summer vacation for many years to come.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Don, my wife and two kids just returned from an awesome trip to Hilton Head. We loved your condo! We have stayed on the island many times in the past but this was the first for four of us alone. The distance to the beach was perfect and our kids loved having the pool outside the back door! We know many others will enjoy their stay in Hickory Cove as much as we did. Thanks for the great trip and ease of working with us!!

Don, we have stayed on the Island a number of times, but our time at your villa was the best by far. Our kids loved the proximity of the pool and the beach. We loved having everything we needed right there in the villa - washer/dryer, towels, etc. Thanks for working with us to make it a great vacation. We can't wait to get back there again.

Don and JoAnn, We appreciate the use of your lovely Villa, for the three relaxing days.You had know way of knowing about the passing of my son and his being hospitalized.It was so nice of you to let it have it for those few days you have a great heart. I will be coming back again . We were thrilled that everything we needed was there on the premises. At first we were worried that the beach would be far away, but it only took minutes to walk the distance. Thank you again for letting my friend and I use your villa at such a needed time. "Wonderful"

We were thrilled that everything that we needed to make this a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation was there on the premises. At first we were concern that the beach would be too far away, but it only took minutes to walk the distance. Don, We had a wonderful time! The location of your villa was great and it allowed us to do everything we could imagine-morning & evening strolls on the beach, bike rides,and the convenience of the pool was definately a plus. My 2 teenage daughters especially loved the privacy of the upstairs bedroom, and your recent renovation was done very tastefully. Thanks so much for the informative book you left telling us about all the fun things to do on the island! You have really put alot of thought and care into making everyone feel at home during their stay. I'm looking forward to next year!

Don...my family and I had a wonderful time at your lovely villa. It is so spacious and convenient. I felt like I was "at home" while I was there, and the kids loved the convenience of the pool. We look forwrard to visiting again soon.
