Large, Comfortable, Oceanfront Vacation Rental Condominium -directly on the beach! Bedrooms have balconies overlooking the ocean with fantastic views up and down the beach from the second level.
Approximately 1500 square feet with a very "spacious feel," and high ceilings. New Mexican tile flooring throughout. Plush, comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen. Oceanview from every room, very cool with ceiling fans. The living room has a large window across the entire room for convenient ocean viewing. Or, you can sit on the patio, relax in an outdoor hammock, for that fresh ocean living feel.
You can save yourself the money for a car rental, because you won't need a car. Our Condominium is directly on the bus line. There is also a nice sidewalk in front; so you can take the 5-minute walk to the Chicxulub main square.
You won't have to fix anything,or buy anything for this place. It is perfectly maintained!-Two very important points when renting in Mexico. It is a secure feeling when renting in Mexico, to know that the owners live right upstairs and can address any needs you have right away; and give helpful advice.

Two parking stalls, 24 hour security, on busline, 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants. Located in Chicxulub Puerto, just 5-10 minutes from Progreso. Ex-Pat Owners live on property, and can give you helpful tips about getting around. They have hired caretakers to assist renters with bags, errands and small tasks.
