Both views from the living room balcony and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom are spectacular. The Living Room has a 42' wall mount flat screen TV, along with an entertainment center.
Dining area accomodates four. The bedroom has two Queen size beds, a 42' wall mount flat screen TV. and an additional vanity sink and mirror. The Bathroom has porcelain tiles and two sink vanity.

We have rented many houses / condo's on this site. While all have been great in their own ways, this particular experience seems to stand out. Sara was very nice and easy to work with. The unit has a great view from both the balcony as well as the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom. Everything you need is on site. Great Tiki bar / restaurant outside and a wonderful Bar / Restaurant inside as well, drink service on the beach, chair & umbrella rentals, Valet parking, etc..... I was a little hesitant to book after reading the bad reviews on the hotel. I'm glad we did we had a great stay. The condo was nice and clean and the view was awesome. Sara was great to work with and prompt at returning the deposit. I would rent again from her and this condo. The tiki bar was fun and the food was good. We also liked having beach service. This was a wonderful place to stay, even better than the pictures. Beautiful views, there was a ton of places within walking distance (by beach or road) and we took full advantage of that. We stayed for 4 nights, which was not nearly long enough. The tiki bar was nice (especially for shelter when a brief rain storm came through). Everyone was really friendly and helpful when we asked for suggestions or recommendations (including hte front desk, other residents staying at the OM, tiki bar/beach staff and the owner of the condo). Sara was great to work with, very responsive to questions and it just made the whole process very simple and easy. There were lounge chairs for rent on the beach, but we generally just used beach towels. There were some towels available at the beach (during certain times), but we brought our own. That is one thing that would have been nice not to have to pack. For those who are debating between renting a car or taking a cab, it was a toss up for us. We ended up taking cabs when we were going further than we wanted to walk or it was late at night. It was much nicer than trying to have to navigate ourselves. Great direct view of the ocean. Condo was very clean and had all the amenities of home. The two large screen t.v.'s were great. Hot water pool and Tiki bar a lot of fun. Winn-Dixie easy access across the street for food and extras. The price and location of this unit a real value.
