The house was beautiful, immaculate, and just as described. There were some issues when we arrived with missing beach passes, but the owner replaced them in the time we needed them. The house is 3 blocks from the beach, and was an easy walk even with small children. The kitchen was well equipped, and our families ate nearly all our meals there. Asbury Park does not have a lot of attractions, but there is shopping and other activities in an easy drive. The train station is in walking distance, but the locals said they would not recommend walking there at night. The only concern we had was that the park across the street sometimes attracted unwanted activity, and some of the neighborhoods nearby are not the best quality. We also were able to hear sounds from the other half of the house occasionally. We chose this house because of proximity to a business trip, and would definitely return if we needed to be in the area again.

We gathered for a family reunion - and were so pleased by everything! The house was pristine, as well as comfortable and relaxing. Each couple had their own bathroom, and there was plenty of room in the living areas to hang out, watch tv or play a game. Asbury Park IS up and coming - great restaurants on the boards and we also walked to Ocean Grove every day - at least once (Sometimes twice!). 'Can't say enough about this place!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

First time at Jersey Shore

This was our first time at the Jersey Shore and we were welcomed by your charming home. This house is beautifully decorated and is well equipped with everything we needed for the beach, making it so much easier for all of us. It is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed the fireworks on the beach and all of the restaurants and shops. We highly recommend it for all families.

The house is absolutely lovely. Our family went down to the shore for a week and had a fantastic time! The beach was great and I was impressed at how much Asbury Park has changed and hope it continues on that path. This house is perfect for a family get away, can't wait to go back next summer!

Just wanted you to know we had a great time at the house. It was very lovely. Everyone enjoyed it immensely. We had family from England, Virginia and N.C. Thank you so much for booking us there. My 90 year old mother-in-law was so pleased. We even had the chance to meet a couple of neighbors who were so pleasant. The house was very well-maintained and very clean. It is extremely close to activities and attractions. Never a dull moment, always something to do. I highly recommend this house.

Great House for Family Reunion

My family just got together from all over the country for the first time in years. We considered hotels and other options, but we are so glad we found this great house. It was in perfect condition and the landlord went out of her way to accommodate last minute changes to our departure and arrival dates. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a first class property at a very affordable price.

Just came back from a birthday celebration we had at this house. As family arrived from NJ, TN, OH, PA and MD, everyone said, "Wow! This is great! I didn't know it would be this nice." We cooked many meals - everything we needed was there. We walked to Asbury Park and Ocean Grove. Can't say enough - no one wanted to leave!

We where there for a week and have a great time overthere, the house is a beautifull house in evry room your own music great, the boardwalk is a few minutes walk. The house met our needs as we travelled with a large group. Asbury Park beach and boardwalk were beautiful and brought back many childhood memories. We had a nice stay.

This was a great house for a big family. We enjoyed the short walk to the boardwalk area. The beach area was very nice and clean. We also were only an hour drive from New York City and spent several days there touring. Many great bakeries and restaruants in the area as well. There seems to be a lot of rebirth going on in this little town. Good things to come!

We rented the house so our large family could be together over the holidays. It's a beautiful home with lots of upgrades. Couldn't be nicer. It is located in Asbury Park, not Ocean Grove - but OC is within walking distance. There is a park across the street with a church on every corner. Asbury Park is a mixed bag but it is up and coming - has fun stores and good restaurants close by. The house is within walking distance to the beach. There is a lot of new construction in the area. Our family had a wonderful time and everyone enjoyed the house. Over all, it was a really good experience.

The house is large and spacious and very welcoming for any family. The beach is close by and there is a lovely park on the other side of the street. This was our first time in New Jersey and we appreciated the neighbors' hospitality and all amenities provided in the house. We highly recommend it!

We spent the first 3 weeks in july in the house with our four kids (16,13,9+7), it was a fabulous house, great space and comfort. The outside area including BBQ and outside terraces were great for family entertaining. Beach and boardwalk were very near and great for kids. We had a great holiday.

Wow, what an awesome place. Very clean, and comfortable! Awesome views and very convenient to get to. The walk to the beach is priceless!!
