Great views across Lake Stewart to the Gulf of Mexico. Freshly painted and decorated with bright, cheerful colors. It's great for a relaxing vacation get-away. The first floor has travertine style porcelain tile, and the second floor is a combination of bamboo and travertine tile. Each floor has a spacious covered & screened porch with tables & chairs for dining & relaxing.
The living room has entertainment center with 50 inch plasma television, and great view of gulf. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, the master having a king size bed, while the other two are furnished with queen sizes. Each bedroom is directly connected to a bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD/VHS player. The full service kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliance and utensils you'll need for preparing meals. A washer/dryer is provided on the second floor.
We are located directly across the street from the Seascape Convention Center, very close to the Swimming Pool, the Boardwalk to the Beach, and Seascapes own 'Whale Tail' Restaurant. The Seascape scenic, breathtaking beach, offers beach chair & umbrella rental, swimming, parasailing, and jet skiing.
Bring your own beach towels - linens in the condo are for inside unit use only
We are a non-smoking condo, and no pets are allowed.
Seascape is a gated community, with a golf course, tennis courts, swimming pools, and a short stroll to Florida's most beautiful sugar white beach. Seascape is also a great place for walking, jogging, or riding bikes.
