53 Fazio Villa was COMPLETELY renovated & decorated in the Spring of '06. No expense was spared installing granite throughout, plasmas, surround sound, and much more!
The first floor Living Room has a 42" plasma, digital cable, DVD player, and Dolby 5.1 surround sound. The dining room seats six with additional seating at the breakfast bar/wet bar for three. The kitchen includes granite counters, stainless appliances, & a new breakfast/wet bar with separate wine chiller.
Off the kitchen is an additional den with a LCD TV/DVD & laundry room with full size W/D. The first floor King suite comes complete with TV and private bath.
A large private deck offers outdoor dining with seating for eight and a view of Fazio's 18th fairway.
King bedrooms upstairs share a bath with tub/shower. Also located on the 2nd floor is the Master bedroom with a King bed, 27" LCD TV/DVD player and a beautiful, spacious private bath. The bath has his & her sinks, granite counters, jacuzzi tub, & a stone and glass shower.

balance is due 30 days before check-in. Cancellation Policy – 10% of the total

Great location. Pool next door and close to everything. Tastefully decorated and great amenities. We golf Hilton Head every year and our foursome each had his own bedroom. It is a spacious end unit and well maintained. We liked it so much, we booked for 2012 immediately. The owner called during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. This was a nice touch and really sold us to return in 2012. The only thing we would ask is that the unit be equiped with a couple of alarm clocks as we did miss a morning tee time due to late night out evening before. I would highly recommend this villa to any one desiring spacious and well appointed surroundings. Can't wait to go back.

This was our second year at this location. We love the unit and respectfully treat it as if it were our home. I was disappointed this year however in the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. There was accumulated sand and hair (yuck) behind the bathroom doors and toilets, and dust was visible on furniture.The dishwasher did not drain properly and had an odor to it. I cleaned up before we unpacked this year. We contacted the cleaning service which dropped off a gift card to some local restaurants, only to find it was an empty card (somewhat embarassing) and could not be used. We are not sure if we will rent here again next year or look for someplace else. Too bad as it does give a nice appearance on this web site.

Just got back from a week at this villa--it was fantastic. The unit was well equipped, updated, and perfect for our large group. The photos on the website are exactly what the unit looks like--very clean and pretty. The parking at the beachfront was an added bonus and the community pool right outside our unit (but inside a gated area--perfect for our wandering little one) was a favorite every day. Thanks for a wonderful stay--we definitely hope to return next year.
