Just steps away from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is a twelve story luxury high-rise condominium facing the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is located on the eighth floor. All rooms have a panoramic view of the Gulf. There is a very large private balcony with access from all rooms.
This unit and all common areas have been completely remodeled, including ceramic tile throughout the condominium. The kitchen has modern appliances and granite countertops.
The master suite has a king-size bed, private bath and overlooks the Gulf. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and also overlooks the Gulf. Living room has all leather furniture and a queen-size sleeper sofa. There are three TV's and two DVD players, HBO and CINEMAX included.
There is a large swimming pool on the north side of the building, overlooking the boat dock and Little Sabine Bay. Guests can enjoy tennis courts, exercise room and boat launch with Gulf access. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas available for rent on the Gulf.

This was me and my family's first vacation and it was outstanding. The condo has a terrific view of the gulf and beach and could have lived on the outside patio alone. The washer/dryer was extremely helpful and necessary with two kids. I truly can not say enough nice things about the condo, the location or our fabulous weeks stay. We honestly did not want to leave and are planning to make our visit an annual event now. Counting the days already ...thanks so much
Owner response:Thank you so much for your input. I am glad your first family vacation was one to remember. As you know, Sabine Racquet and Yacht Club is a great facility. Most units do not provide a washer and dryer as mine does. This a great added convenience, especially for those with children. The large balcony overlooking the Gulf as well as the view from all rooms makes the space seem much larger. Enjoy the Beach!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
