Calypso Resort and Towers is an awesome complex located next to the new City Pier, on the west end of the beach across from Pier Park. Pier Park brings a new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach and it boasts of approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals.
With a short walk to these locations, you will never have to leave your condo in a car! Also, we are only minutes from Shopping, Putt-Putt, Restaurants, Gulf World Aquarium, the Zoo, a Water Park, Jet-Ski Rentals, Parasailing and much more.
Calypso Resort has two 175-foot breathtaking pools located right on the beach (one heated seasonally). Soak up the sun poolside, enjoy a cool drink at the awesome Tiki Bar, or take just a few steps through the palms and you are on the beach, ready to soak up the relaxing sounds of the surf.
Luxury accommodations for up to eight are provided by a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second master bedroom, bunks in the bunkroom, and a queen sleeper in the living area. Enjoy a full size kitchen, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, wet bar, 9-foot ceilings, and granite countertops. The balcony runs the length of the unit and can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living area.
A major credit card (Visa, MC, Discover) is required for all unit rentals. We also require a 50% non-refundable security deposit to hold your reservation. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival (along with a damage deposit). If it is a last minute reservation (less than 4 weeks away), the full amount must be paid at once with either a credit card or cashiers check. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover) or personal checks. We rent week to week during summer months with a Saturday check in and out. There is a three-night minimum stay during other rental periods.
This is a non-smoking unit with NO pets allowed. You must be 25 years of age to rent and we require proof of ID.
