This TOP FLOOR 1739 square foot, luxury condo has a breathtaking view of the emerald blue waters and sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico from the spacious 350 square foot balcony. Located on the most desirable stretch of Panama City Beach, on Surf Drive close to all the action.

Activities abound and you can just relax. Use the two outdoor pools and kidde pool as well as the two spacious Spa pools while soaking up the warm sun on the huge pool deck. Workout at the well-appointed, multi-station exercise room while overlooking the Gulf. You will park in a covered multi level garage next to the Condo building.

There are two bedrooms. The Master has a King bed; the Second has a Queen bed. Both have attached bathrooms. In addition there are two bunk beds in an alcove as well as a sleeper sofa and an oversized recliner in the living room. Each bedroom has cable TV and DVD. There is a home theater with surround sound in the living room that plays VCR and DVD as well as CD's. Three high speed elevators serve the entire building for rapid access to this TOP FLOOR UNIT on the 23rd floor. Enjoy a spectatular view of the Gulf. Relax and celebrate the magnificent sunsets on the spacious balcony deck. Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking. We are five hours from Atlanta and Birmingham and two hours from Tallahassee by car. Panama City offers corporate and commercial jet service via Delta and Northwest Airlines and Precision Flight.
