Leeward Key has one of the largest 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath floor plans with plenty of room. This fabulous unit on the fifth floor has a wonderful king size, solid sleigh bed with plush and comfortable pillow top mattress and magnificent views of the ocean, a four poster queen bed in the second bedroom and comfortable, brand new sleeper sofa in the living room.
The décor is brand new with fresh paint, tropical,light and airy. It is designer decorated throughout. As you would expect, there are FLAT SCREEN TV's in the livingroom and master bedroom, 3 DVD players and a VCR. Stereo system and to add to it all HIGH SPEED INTERNET included. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences and brand new STAINLESS STEEL appliances, and for your convenience washer and dryer.
Leeward Key also features 2 pools. A seasonaly heated beach front pool, wonderful in the cooler months, and another on the North side of the building, great for quiet afternoon napping. Leeward key also feature barbeque gas grills and private restroom facilities at each pool. There is private beach access with chair and umbrella service available for Leeward Key guests, on-site office facilities and video rental available on your doorstep. New in 2006 private gym facility with all new high end equipment.
You would be located only minutes from the brand new Destin Commons shopping complex and the amazing Silver Sands outlet mall, one of the largest in the country.
For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.

Our stay at Leeward Key was all that we hoped for and more. This unit is centrally located in the complex providing an unobstructed view and great convenience. We were delighted by the immaculate cleanliness and charm of every room. The patio is large with comfortable, cushioned chairs...excellent for early morning coffee and dolphin watching. The kitchen provided all of the amenities that were needed for any occasion: dinner in, etc. We enjoyed the unit and location so much....a couple of evenings we cooked fresh seafood and ate in...enjoying the quiet, relaxing view. For evenings that we ventures out...great restaurants and shopping were very close by. Just amazing! We definitively will contact Victoria again for future rentals....soon I hope :-}

Harvey & Victoria, This was our first time staying in your condo at Leeward Key, however we do stay in Leeward Key every year. - I was very fortunate to find you two on VRBO.com and be able to rent your condo for our 7 day trip this year, we certainly do love Destin!! Words could not even begin to express what an amazing view you have here, how clean the condo has been kept, how lovely it is decorated, and how much we enjoyed staying here!!! My entire family is so pleased with everything, we've decided we would never want to stay in any other unit here. You have been so helpful, being at reach for any questions we have at anytime.. and making sure our stay was absolutely all and more than what we wanted it to be!! The views, the decor is nothing short of AMAZING, and we LOVE it here in your unit. Hopefully, you will continue to have us as your customer every year during this week. My family has certainly been nothing but overly pleased with your place, with everything here! This place is absolutly gorgeous! Immaculate, updated, comfortable and beautifully decorated! The veiw from the balcony is breathtaking. Enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise, and end your day with a sunset you won't forget. I would revisit again and again!

I have a stayed at Victoria & Harvey' s condo on numerous occasions!! Travelling with my Mother and 2 Children I have found this to be the perfect spot. The easy access to the beach and the beach front pool a real treat. The condo is constantly updated and taken care of. The last time we visited the entire condo had been painted, stainless steel appliances throughout and new bedroom furniture. Everything is high quality and not typical rental standard. The location is perfect and a little quieter than "Downtown Destin, walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to all the area attractions. Would highly recommend this unit.
