Smith Ranch Retreat is a very comfortable, two-bedroom, one-bath guest house close to many wineries and down town Historical Plaza. It is located down a private driveway with lots of parking. This spacious guest houe has 950 sq. ft. of living area, full kitchen, and dining area all in one large open room with vaulted ceilings.

There is a full bath with tub and shower combination. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed, and the other bedroom has a full-size bed. Sleeps up to four comfortably. Other special features are the outside spaces. This retreat has its own balcony patio and a barbecue area. There is also a spacious sitting area in the downstairs courtyard which includes a private four person hot tub and fireplace.

Smith Ranch is located in the beautiful, Carnerous appellation region of Sonoma. Many of the popular, world class wines are made in this grape abundant area. This charming carriage house offers privacy, spaciousness and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The colors are warm tones of greens and creams in a casual décor. The east-side location is very desirable and is ideal for walking, and is just minutes to the historic Sonoma Plaza. This is also a family friendly property.
