Our 2-unit Beach to Bay cottage is a beautifully renovated 2 UNIT 'Old Florida' style cottage......Great Views of the Beach & BAY..... JUST 100 FEET to the most stunning, sugar-sand beaches on the Gulf.

There are 2 side by side units at this cottage, which can be rented together or separately, depending on the time of year. They are mirror images of each other (with the exception of the extra BR).


Summer 2023:
From May 27 to August12, rate is for renting BOTH UNITS (entire cottage).

Please, please....before making a reservation request, send me your group info. How many adults, kids, and family groups? Kids older or younger? Any grandparents? What you need for beds? Are your dates set or flexible? Interested in the 1BR unit, 2BR unit, or both?

I can then let you know what is available and make recommendations both at this 2-unit Beach to Bay Cottage and also our Historic Waterfront Cottages (VRBO#240413) at the end of the same street.(115 7th St. S), where we have another
3 cottages (4 units) sleeping up to 14 total....Great place for family reunions.

Come enjoy this casual, easy going island in the comforts of a beautiful island cottage. This is what vacations are made for. This isn't grandma's place with old nick nacks and beige walls. Open the windows, relax on the large front porch, take a walk down the beach, go for a swim, fish off the pier. Just relax and enjoy the place.

Gorgeous views of the Gulf waters and beach just 100 feet from the door, ....And, the bay is just 150 feet the other way at the end of the street. The island is only 300 feet wide! There is a neighborhood Dock right on the Bay at the end of the street that you can use.

The entire cottage has been redone. Spacious and open layout. Beautiful island feel. Gorgeous kitchens and baths! Cobalt blue floors! New Queen Beds. Surfboard bar. 40 inch flat-screens. FREE On-site laundry.

Private fenced courtyard with deck and BBQ grills. Patio furniture for outdoor dining, lounge chairs for sunning, and great porch furniture to relax and enjoy the island breezes.

The 1 BR unit can sleep 4 in beds, and the 2 BR unit can sleep 4 in beds. The layouts and size are the same, only difference is the extra bedroom. Plush Queen beds in the bedroom...., plus, the 2 BR has two new twin beds in the second BR. The 1 BR unit has a new queen-sized, futon style sofabed....very comfortable!

We are located within easy walking distance of Historic Bridge Street with the pier, over a dozen restaurants and bars, shops, and even a new miniature golf course. All the restaurants are local, no chains and no fast food on the island. There are restaurants and bars on the main street, on the beach, and on the historic pier. Lots of outdoor dining.
