The home has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. Each bedroom has two single beds. There is a fold-out sofa in the den for additional sleeping space if needed. The dining table seats ten with overflow handled by four barstools at the kitchen island counter.
The area is widely known for it's superior beaches and lush forests. The road leading to the property, known as the "tunnel of trees," is recognized as one of the most scenic byways in the country as it hugs the shoreline north of Harbor Springs.
