Our home is meticulously appointed with two bedrooms and two baths in main home with a third bedroom and third bath in separate Casita (guest house). Everything in home is brand new in 2005 including three flat screen TVs, all new appliances, VCR/DVD combo with every TV, new furniture, paint, carpeting, and decorations. This wonderfully finished home contains many Southwest finishes and the setting could not be more relaxing.
Great room opens to private patio areas that include a beautiful view of Black Mountain and private heated pool. Enjoy the new stainless grill and eating many meals outside on the new patio furniture.
As a tenant you may purchase a temporary social membership (purchase transfer only $100 with one month minimum stay) that will welcome you to use the private Terravita amenities such as the olympic-size pool with pool service, wonderful tennis facilities, fitness center, bar and restaurant, and private Golf Course (green fees will apply).
The activities are limitless for guests and tenants as Terravita is located directly across from the Boulders and Pedregal Shopping, minutes from Carefree and Cave Creek with countless artisan shops and the finest dining in Arizona. You will not want to leave!
