This light and airy, two bedroom unit on the second floor of a duplex has a deck, continuous sea breezes, and is located half block from the Atlantic Ocean and half block from the Bay in a "family friendly" quiet location on the south end of Long Beach Island. It is close to the Beach haven shopping, entertainment, and restaurant center. The house is surrounded by pine and mulberry trees for privacy and a cooler environment.
The Ocean Beach requires a beach pass for use. There are four (4) included with the rent, that must be left behind when done.
Sorry, but No Pets permitted and No Smoking.
