The Bunk House at Eagle Nest Ranch is located 20 miles east of Kanab, Utah, up scenic Johnson Canyon!

Amidst red and white cliffs, cedar and pinion pine, (elevation 5700 feet), we are bordered by the new Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. This national monument is still open to unlimited hiking and exploring, horseback riding, four-wheeling, biking, and hunting, or you can just relax, enjoy the scenery, and listen to coyotes howl from the large wood deck on the front of the Bunk House. We are located within 30 minutes of Zion National Park, an hour from Bryce Canyon National Park and two hours from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Lake Powell is only an hour away.

The ranch is home for paint horses, donkeys, peacocks, guinea fowl, chickens, pot bellied pigs, cats, and dogs. If you would like to bring your horses, we have corrals available. Ask about Pets.

The area boasts Paunsaugunt mule deer, anasazi sites, petroglyphs, and pictographs. Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Grand Canyon National Parks along with Lake Powell are from 30 minutes to two hours away. We are famous for spectacular sunsets and magnificent scenery: pink, red, orange, and white cliffs. Southern Utah is a year round destination. Truly this is "The Greatest Earth on Show!"
