Bright airy ground floor unit with many amenities in the Holgate area of southern Long Beach Island, near the Bird Sanctuary. A great place for kids near Beach Haven, a shopping hub of the island with many stores, a grocery store, restaurants, bars, an amusement park and other amenities.
The ocean beach requires beach passes, four (4) of which are loaned for the rental. The area is very peaceful, yet offers many opportunities for shopping, nightlife, miniature golf, and all the other fun things to do at the beach.
There is a second unit in the house, VRBO #95229 that can also be rented.
