Spacious family-friendly condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and sleeper sofa in the living room and located in the heart of Mission Beach. Very comfortable, light & bright, beachy furnished condo. Private and yet close to all the action that Mission Beach and San Diego offers. Just remodeled with new tile flooring, double-paned French doors and vinyl windows.
Located right on the infamous 'The Strand' at Mission Beach you are just steps away from two beaches on either side of your condo, the ocean and the bay.
There are only three units in this condo complex and this beach-themed condo is on the first floor, no steps to climb, and has it’s own private patio perfect for sitting outside sipping a tropical drink, grilling up some steaks or fish on the barbeque, and enjoying the San Diego weather. If you are up for more adventure, the Belmont Amusement Park, the Mission Beach boardwalk, and the Mission Bay Park and Aquatics are all just a block away. There are many activities right in Mission Beach: swimming, sunbathing, fishing, snorkeling, surfing, scuba diving, sailing, rollerblading and cycling.
Also, a short drive takes you to all the things San Diego is famous for: SeaWorld, Balboa Park with many fantastic museums and theatres, San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Wild Animal Park, and the many other beaches!
