This contemporary secluded getaway situated just above the lake has a private 78 foot access to the lake and is located in a quiet wooded neighborhood of Cleveland
It is a few minutes away from marinas, private and public boat lunches, boat rentals, restaurants and grocery stores. Snowmobile trails are across the road a quarter mile away.
Perfect for six to eight people whether it is for a week, a three day week-end, one month or more, any season of the year.
Built in 1990, this 1450 sq. ft house has been improved.
It is fully wintered.The house has central heat, fan and air conditioning.
The master bedroom and the second bedroom have queen size beds and the den has two futons converting into full size beds. The second bedroom has a TV and a playstation 2. There is a master bathroom and a full bathroom. The big laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is open the large living room and dining room, and has barstools on the dining room side. The den has a gas stove that makes it cozy. From the living room and the front deck, the view of Oneida Lake is wonderful. In the rear, from the rear deck or in the yard you can enjoy the wilderness.
CDs, DVDs, videos, books,playstation games and table games are provided for your enjoyment.
The dock accommodates boats up to 16 feet long.
In winter, snowmobiling on the lake is breathtaking.

I 'm back at work and our much needed vacation is now a very fond memory for me and my family. We had the best time and loved staying at your place. Thank you for all the thoughtful amenities, from coffee filters to refrigerator condiments to lots and lots of towels. You inspired us by doing the same and leaving extra toilet papers, etc..

Just wnt to let you know we had a wonderful time at the lake. We caught 17 walleyes so my husband was happy. The lake was pretty choppy a few days but we enjoyed the lake and your nice house. Had no problems with the house. We would like to go again next year but I am not sure of the dates yet

Thanks for everything. We really enjoyed the house. We had everything we needed. We loved having a warm shower and laundry when we came back from our project each night. The phone and internet worked perfectly. We only needed it for a few days. Your next door neighbor was very friendly and helpful. It is a great Place. SO peaceful. My sister-in-law wasn't feeling well so the relaxation of the lake house was perfect for her. She loved the pots and pans. She is a very good cook.
