Estrella del Mar (Star of the Sea) is a classic 1920's Southern California bungalow on a quiet tree-lined street near the world famous Venice Beach boardwalk, trendy shops, great restaurants, Marina del Rey harbor, and Santa Monica pier and third Street Promenade.
The main residence is a three bedroom, two and a half bath home recently been enlarged, remodeled, and refurnished. It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, new or refinished hardwood floors, skylights, media room with HDTV home theater, and fireplace. After a day at the beach, you can enjoy the indoor serenity pool with waterfall and steam sauna.
Behind the main residence is a small guest studio with queen bed, half bath, wet bar and high definition cable TV. The studio is not rented separately and is included in the nightly rate.
Estrella del Mar retains the charm and tranquility of an earlier era, but with all the modern conveniences and amenities. The furniture reflects the upscale, casual, and comfortable style of the house. The beds are new and of high quality and the house has been "child-proofed" including an alarm for the indoor pool area. The security system is through APT.
Three garden patios give you the choice of lounging in the morning sun, enjoying the comfort of the afternoon shade, or barbecuing fresh fish in the evening. |
